No Hot Water! Had no other option but to leave within two days of stay and find a hotel for the rest of vacation which was not easy to do in Fresno CA. The management company did not have the courtesy to contact us via phone to explain that the parts to fix the water heater would not arrive until after our stay. Instead, they texted us. Unfortunately, prior to our arrival, my husband got into accident and is in a soft cast boot. The description of the layout of the home does not let you know that there is a sunk-in leaving room in the center of the dwelling that connects the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area. This was a big surprise at arrival, and we are lucky he could get up and down a step. And last but not least, the home owner must have gotten burned regarding parties at the house prior to our arrival. I had to acknowledge at least three times that we would not have parties at the house. I thought I was in the Nick Saban VBRO commercial - because of surveillance cameras outside of the property - not comfortable!

Everything was brand new in the kitchen and bathrooms. The interior and outside are in excellent condition.

Property is very clean. Owners were very responsive with questions. They mentioned that the pool was cold in their ad and yes, it is! This property is close to many really good restaurants.

A beautiful property. Fully remodeled. Very clean, comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed. It even had oatmeal packets, coffee, mints, tissue packets, hand sanitizers and much more. Our grandkids especially loved the pool in this triple digit weather. And the game corner with the Bart Simpson arcade, different board games, were a hit!!! The laundry room was a definite plus for grandparents like us. Thank you again so much for a very comfortable, fun and beautiful stay!!!

We loved it, felt just like home. Extremely clean snd had plenty of kitchen appliances to cook with.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and had everything we needed for our family trip. The kids especially loved the arcade game and board games. The location is great and is close to a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. We definitely plan on staying here again on our next trip to Fresno.

We loved this house. Exceptionally clean, great layout, comfy beds, and outstanding outdoor area with pool. Limited cooking supplies, but all the utensils you might need. Nice coffee making set up and very nice wine glasses. We got lucky with perfect weather. Several good restaurants near by.

We really enjoyed our time at the Haslam house. Lots of amenities, located in a great neighborhood. Would stay again!
