Freshly renovated 4 bedroom just 2 Miles to Notre Dame

Directions were clear and easy to follow inside of house was very clean and roomy fit our family of 7 3 couples and a young child very well and was very close to the wedding and reception were were in town for

The property was well maintained and very spacious.loved the bedrooms very clean.I would recommend this property to friends and family to book.

House was good for what we needed! Plenty of room and beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Some furniture was a little older but comfortable. Some of the drawers and cabinets could use a little extra cleaning but overall were fine. Host was exceptional at keeping us updated and inviting.

The house was very comfortable, had plenty of sleeping space and room for kids to play! The host had great communication and very kind. Will likely stay here again in the future!

House was exactly what we were looking for and served our needs well.

House fit our needs, but could use updates. Feels like furniture and decor is thrown together from thrift stores. Appreciated big table for family meals, but chairs were unstable and dirty. TVs worked great, as did laundry, and hot water was quick and plentiful. House was cold and never got to desired temperature (70). Would stay again, but not first choice.

Close to campus for ND game! Exactly what we needed.

Home was clean and as advertised. Location was very convenient to ND, particularly if you are parking in North or Stadium lots.

Rating extremely dirty had to check out the next day. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, we could not. We checked out the next morning. We were fortunate to get a clean room at the Courtyard Marriott.This is to express my serious concern regarding the condition of the property upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and we were very disappointed. The exterior of the property was noticeably dirty and unkempt.Inside, the bedsheets appeared used, wrinkled, and visibly unwashed.The pillowcases had hair and dirt on them, which made it clear they had not been replaced or cleanedThe bathroom sink was filthy, with visible hair and grime both inside and around the sink. We had just driven 12 hours to drop off our son to school. Since it was late we had no choice but to spend the night. I ended up doing laundry after 10pm because we refused to sleep on those filthy dirty sheets.We had 2 future bookings here for the Notre Dame football weekends with family and friends, we cancelled both after this experience. We are so grateful we came here and found out in advance. It would have been incredibly embarrassing to bring guests to a place like this. We strongly do not recommend staying at that place.

Clean, spacious and comfortable!! Very close to Notre Dame - perfect place the night before our son’s move-in!! The host was very responsive and accommodating!! Highly recommend staying here !!

Yo entry smell a tobacco. very dark and gloomy rooms

This was so close to everything. Stores, restaurants, fishing, and about 40 minutes to the redbud motocross track in Michigan.

This location suited all of our needs at a great price! Brian was excellent to work with, including all the information we needed in a timely fashion.

Perfect location for our kids lacrosse tournament. The house was super spacious and had everything we needed. Grass needed to be cut and there were some big weeds but we weren’t there for the yard décor lol Would stay here again!

The home was really nice, newly renovated. The host was really nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice clean house in a residential neighborhood

It's nothing fancy but plenty of comfortable beds, a living room for gathering ar one end of the house and a large kitchen table in the other end. The host is very responsive to questions. responsive to to questions

Had a great stay here. Stayed with 8 other adults and a small child, and had plenty of space. House was set up nicely, and had great amenities. There were a lot of restaurant options and things to do nearby, which was nice. Would recommend.

Communication with host was great. Very responsive, respectful, and communicative. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with you. Would recommend any property from this host!

It was a pretty cold weekend in South Bend when we stayed in this property probably part of the reason we couldn’t keep the house warm enough the 2 nights we were there. The inside temperature improved as the outdoor temperature hovered close to 30 degrees. Access to Notre Dame was easy which was why I picked this location. Altogether we found a nice place for the purpose of our trip. Thanks for keeping the property tidy

House was clean and it was as listed. There was plenty of room and it was close to the University. I would book again.

Property was perfect for our visit for a wedding!

The house was in a nice subdivision with a small park nearby. The cleanliness was good but apparently the furnace filter needs changed. There wasn’t enough kitchen ware (glasses, silverware, bowls) for 10 let alone the 12 the house sleeps .

My daughter is baton twirler who competed at National Competition held at Notre Dame. This house was immaculate. Roomy and met my family needs. Nice neighborhood and convenient location. I hope to stay there again next summer
