Fresh space near Mayo Clinic and downtown

Very clean and comfortable. The back bedroom was a bit cold, but they did provide a space heater.

Our first trip to Rochester. Home was centrally located to everything. Clean home and stocked with all of the essentials.

A gas station is across the street and 1 block away. The duplex was clean, comfortable and quiet despite a unit upstairs. Appliances were new and dishes and cookware good quality. It’s somewhat close to Mayo if you have a car. Fortunately I drive a small car so the parking spot was sufficient but a large pickup would struggle to squeeze in.

The house was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals so we didn’t need to eat out. The water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water too. Location was perfect, within a mile of Mayo Clinic and an easy walk. Minimal noise from the unit upstairs. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall the property was ok. It was clean and well stocked with necessities.The people upstairs were loud with walking and music, but it wasn't unbearable and stopped at a reasonable time. The neighbors next door were quite loud, (coming and going with a very loud car) at all hours of the day and especially at night.

We rented ebikes & road by the river. Went to some nice restaurants. Relaxed in the house and did projects. Small but it was all we needed.

Clean and well organized ground floor apartment. Very quickly felt like home.

This is a great location for Mayo appointments! From the door, we were less than 20 minutes to load up, drive, park, and get inside Gonda Building everyday during our 4 days of appointments. There was some neighborhood noise in the afternoon (but for reference, I live on a farm with no noise). Noise was definitely tolerable. This is located on a decently busy street, however we were able to turn a small SUV around in the driveway and pull out making it super easy. If we come back, we will be staying here again!

We stayed for five days. Very convenient location near clinic. Space was very comfortable, kitchen had all the basic needs. Very well kept. Would recommend 100%!

We stayed for 10 weeks during medical care at Mayo. The space is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was a true refuge for my husband, myself and various family & friend caregivers to cycle through. Would highly recommend. The nearby river and walking trails were a bonus. Easy walking or driving access to Mayo. Some reviewers mentioned noise, but in all that time I never noticed noise to be a problem, even though at times there were renters upstairs. Kris and Doug are very responsive to all communications and patiently handled about six date changes and extensions of our stay. D

This is a really nice, updated and comfortable property. Owner is a good communicator. No Keurig despite description or lamps in bedrooms. Neighbors on one side are a bit boisterous. Overall a nice place to stay.

We have stayed six different VRBO’s when visiting the Mayo Clinic. Were in not for location (fairly busy street and lively neighbors), it would be among our favorites. The property owner is great and responsive. The home (we stayed in the first floor, 2BR) is clean and comfortable. Having two bedside tables and at least one lamp in each bedroom would have been helpful, but the lack of is a minor inconvenience. The next door neighbor plays loud what sounds like mariachi pop music at all hours. That was the only drawback for me and my daughter, who was trying to sleep after procedures at Mayo.
