Great cabin for a weekend with friends. Close enough to Blue Ridge, but don’t forget to visit McCaysville, too! We would definitely stay here again.
This property was absolutely perfect for our little family trip. It had amazing views, and was the perfect distance from downtown restaurants and attractions like rafting an ziplining. We will definitely be staying here our next time on the Ocoee.
Adorable cabin in the woods. Close to whitewater rafting and restaurants. Very clean and lots of wildlife. We would stay here again
We had a great time at this beautiful cabin. Views were incredible and everything was very clean. We had a minor issue with internet and hot water in a bathroom; called the after hrs number and left a message. We received a quick response and assistance. Would definitely stay there again!
We were very pleased with the cabin. Kids enjoyed the deck and firepit area in the backyard. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy, just what we were looking for. If anyone is interested I would definitely checkout Blueberry Hill as a great place to stay.
Great little cabin with a view of the mountains. Really loved having a wine fridge in the kitchen so we didn’t have to take up half the refrigerator with our wine bottles! The cabin was cozy with 5 of us there but not cramped. We watched the Super Bowl and prepared several meals in the good-sized kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were super soft. Master has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and with large windows with a door to the deck. It’s winter and rainy so we didn’t do a lot of outdoor activities but there are a lot available in the area. One day we went into Blue Ridge to visit a few breweries and do some shopping in the adorable downtown area. Another day we went to Ocoee and stood on the bridge that crosses the river at the site of the 1996 Olympics. So beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will stay here again.
Loved the remodeling story of the cabin from the book in 2020. They did a great job with the remodeling of the cabin. The bird feeder was a hit with the family with all the different birds that came to feed in the morning plus one squirrel which my daughters named Florence. A lot of wildlife too. I would highly recommend this cabin and the property management was very helpful with any concerns. The cabin is close to both Blue Ridge Downtown and McCaysville Downtown. Great shopping and food.
We had a great time for a Couples trip this past weekend. Very close to downtown McCaysville, and also close to Mercier and downtown Blue Ridge as well. Cabin was VERY clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Had a little issues with our TV and WiFi streaming bandwidth, but other than that was a very relaxing weekend with friends out of the city.
Check-in was very smooth. We did have a little problem with the cleanliness but they came out & corrected the errors. I believe it had been cleaned but had been several weeks from what we understood from the last group & company accidentally forgot to send a person for touch up for our arrival. The neighborhood was very quiet & private which was a plus.
Pros: Loved the new wall to wall natural wood look of the cabin! Loved the adequate kitchen and gadgets. Loved the cute mugs and China cabinet. The back porch area was a favorite. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved having access to an extra blanket. Suggestions: We arrived at 11:30 at night and missed the initial turn mentioned but found our way by GPS. It’s much better in the daylight. Also, the email stated a lockbox was hanging on the door, but it wasn’t, so it was a bit of hide and seek at first until we used a flashlight to find it. Need a suitcase stand for the master bedroom. There was no where to set luggage other than the floor.
