Free-standing Antebellum style home with breathtaking views, a private pool, and over 5049 sq. ft!

Such a beautiful property and location! The house was amazing and everything you’d ever need for a vacation rental! The check in/out was seamless and easy to navigate! Would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful home but there was still trash around the house and even though it sleeps 15 there were only enough towels for 8. Great outdoor space and the management company was super accommodating so definitely would stay again but attention to detail would be appreciated.

This was my family’s 3rd Christmas on Tybee. My parents are in their 80s and this house was perfect. Literally right next door to the lighthouse, which is their favorite landmark. Definitely plenty of room for us all to be together and plenty of private locations for quiet time.The hot tub was not working, which was a big letdown for my sisters, but we were refunded for that, just disappointing.Overall the house was clean, I would have given 5 Stars on cleanliness, however, it was obvious that detailed cleaning isn’t done regularly (a lot of dust under couches, cobwebs hanging from ceilings and corners, filmy shower doors were the main violators). For the price of the house per night, I expected pristine cleaning.I would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

When you pull up the map, this property is extremely close to the beach. What isn’t disclosed is the fact you have to use public beach access points only. North Beach entrance and Polk Street entrance are the closest access points allowed for the beach. Pretty disappointed with this information not being disclosed

We stayed here for my sister's Bachelorette Trip, and it was great. There was plenty of room for everyone, everything was clean, and the elevator was SO helpful for getting groceries, bags, etc. up to the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

It was fabulous. Plenty of room for my entire family. Great location. I wanted to book for the same time next year. However the price has increased so much for the same time next year that we can’t afford it. My family and I take a beach vacation every year and are looking for a place to visit annually. We will now have to look elsewhere which is disappointing

We visited Tybee with our 5 children and their spouses and this house couldn't have worked out better!! Plenty of room for everyone, so many different sitting areas, a pool table (used nightly), and the pool area was THE place to be during the day (with the Jellies at the beach, the pool was a far better choice)! I would recommend this house to anyone staying on Tybee with an extra large group.

We met our three children and their spouses (eight adults in total) and our five grandchildren (aged 11 years to 18 months) at Tybee Island for a week-long family reunion. The Casa Verde bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, easily accommodated our extended family needs. The large open kitchen and family room was a common gathering place for our entire group. The house was in easy walking distance of the beach (about two blocks). Our stay included July 4th; the top balcony of the house offered a great view of local fireworks. We also enjoyed many hours in the house's pool. Savannah is just 15-20 minutes away by car, and we enjoyed a trolley tour of Savannah during our stay (highly recommended for those who have not visited Savannah previously). It was a great week, dampened (figuratively and literally) only by the high heat and high humidity. Nevertheless, with light breezes off the ocean, we enjoyed dinner on one of the balconies several evenings.

Can't say enough about this gorgeous house! Our entire family enjoyed the space of the home - plenty of rooms for everyone, and the decks and especially the pool ! Ocean can be viewed from the decks and the photo ops were amazing! Fun having the lighthouse in our backyard! The short walk to the beach was easy for even our smallest little ones. Perfect week!
