We LOVED our stay at Riverhaus. The cabin was very accommodating for all ages. We are a family of four with 6 and 8 year old girls. We all found fun things to do around the cabin. From napping in hammocks to s’mores around the fire- it was such a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. We cooked most our meals at the cabin and the kitchen has everything you need! We will be back!
We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and this one is definitely a favorite!!! The location in Blue River is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge yet close enough to be there in minutes! We played in Breck, Copper Mountain, Frisco and Lake Dillon and it was a quick and easy drive from the cabin. The house is a beautiful blend of artistic, whimsy, fun, classy, and definitely had a cool vibe. I think a whole new genre needs to be created for this home! Everything looked new. As a professional home organizer, I was very impressed with the layout of everything in the kitchen. The lighted drawers were ahhh-mazing! There were well thought out touches everywhere to make the house welcoming. From the large chalkboard on the wall in the kitchen, to the vast music instrument area and records to play on the turntable and yes…the cowbell. We always need more cowbell! This was so fun for our family of 4 as we attempted to start a family band around the campfire one night. The amenities in the bathroom upstairs were impressive. There was a supply of travel toothpaste, toothbrushes and other items. We didn’t need any of these items but thought it was great that these items were there just in case. We’ve never seen that offered in a previous vrbo! The bedrooms are perfect and very comfortable. Sleeping with the windows open and listening to the roar of the river was the best ‘sound machine’ ever. The house is decorated beautifully! So glad we got to stay!

We absolutely loved this cute little cabin in the woods. Nice and cozy and very cute decor. My favorite room was the little music nook that had fun records, and and assortment of musical instruments. Recommendation in the winter time would be to take the second to the last left turn to get into the housing area from Breckenridge. The last left to get there is a little steep. We tried to help a van get that was stuck, to no avail. Make sure you have 4WD. Owner was very responsive to questions about heating/cooling. It was either rather warm or cool inside & we were having difficulty regulating the temperature. Would definitely stay again.
My brother and I were in Davenport moving our Mom to a nursing home. The space was great for the 2 of us as there is a futon in the living room. The apartment is well equiped and spotlessly clean. Location very convenient and easy to access right off of hwy 74. We will hope its available for our next visit!
Such a great place just 10 minutes from downtown. I would say things needed to be cleaned better, specially with what you’re spending to rent the property. The shower curtains in the bedroom had salmonella on the whole bottom of the curtain. But overall we had such a great time and is smaller than we expected it to be but beautiful rental!
Great, pretty house tucked away in the woods and a few miles (10min) from town. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Had all the amenities, very comfortable, and the communication and check in process with the property management was seamless.
The River Haus was on point! Great location, five minutes from town, beautiful property, and the decor inside is super cool (in my opinion). Without a doubt a five star stay. We will look to stay here again.
This house was such a gem!! Close to Breckenridge, but secluded. So many little touches made our stay even better…record player, corn hole, sitting by the river in the back, etc. Hope to visit again in the future!!
The pictures cannot do this property justice. From the moment we arrived we were consistently impressed with the attention to detail, the decor, and location! Location is perfectly situated less than ten minutes from the heart of Breckenridge. Could not be more pleased with this first time experience with VRBO!
