If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

    The condo was very clean and in great condition when we arrived. The kitchen and all bathrooms are nicely updated and we loved the big windows! The easy walk to the slopes was even better than I anticipated (our group was all adults so we weren’t trying to help young children walk with ski equipment) My husband and I took the master bedroom, which is more like a loft than a closed bedroom. I did not understand that when I booked the condo, but it worked out ok.

    The next with lock code never arrived as we were told. I got the after calling the management company. We were disappointed with the distance to the ski lift and there is 0 information in the unit about where the best place to get to the lift is and the bus schedule. There is a local shuttle that makes things much easier but we only figured this out after a few days. Having some info in the unit would have been a huge help. There is also 0 information about the hot tub that is at a different location. We found out from another guest who told us he drove to it.

    Location is perfect for peak 9 access or getting to town. House was perfectly clean and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Only issue were some water leaks from the roof on the top floor both in secondary br and office, they sent someone to check but could not do much due to weather at the time.

    This property was clean, well equipped, and perfect for our family’s stay in Breckenridge. The self check-in was a breeze and there was convenient space to park two cars. There was a shuttle stop nearby which provided access to the slopes. Most of our group chose to do the short walk down to Peak 9’s Quick Silver chair. We found 9 to be the best area for our less experienced skiers and a great jumping point to the rest of the mountain! The distance to Main Street was just short of 0.5 miles. The fireplace was great after a day in the snow and the bathroom’s heated floors were a nice touch! Next year we are returning with a bigger group and have already reserved this condo in addition to the one across the street! We can’t wait return!! Thank you!!

    - property was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities - very close to the mountain for snowboarding and less than a 10 minute walk from Main Street - hot tub access was fantastic (there are 4!) Would definitely stay again if we were in the area and would recommend to our friends!

    Everything was great! There were humidifiers for every room and the gas heat still made the air dry. Overall would stay again
