Stayed Aug 10, 2025Loved the location of this property. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. The issue we had was with the unit itself. The walls were very scuffed up and needed to be repainted in a big way. The mattresses on the beds were not great. One of the twin beds even had springs sticking out of its mattress. Very hard to sleep on. The baseboards all needed to be cleaned too. Outside there were some random rusty bikes changed to a bike rack next to the unit which I thought was a little strange.On a positive note, there was a nice washer and dryer in the unit and the pool area was great!

Stayed Jul 30, 2023The property was exactly as depicted. Everything worked but just a little old and dingy/dusty but definitely clean. We loved the location near food places, putt putt golf, and beach.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021This property lived up to its expectations, so we knew we were not staying in palatial surroundings. The best thing about it was the excellent location in walking distance to the beach, area restaurants, and the boardwalk. The appliances are very out of date, but functional. The blinds were broken and not doing much to block the sun or the view which should be addressed ASAP. The mattresses/bedding/pillows are pretty threadbare and could use an update. There was definitely an ant problem as evidenced by the ant traps and ant spray provided in the kitchen. We loved the complex and large community pool. We would definitely return to the area but just not this unit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place we stayed in looks like it hasn’t been painted in 20 years. Hot water wasn’t sufficient for showers. Flooring was old and dirty. Seating was old and limited. Appliances are old. We have stayed at 3 or 4 other units in the same complex and thus is the worse. Not worth what we paid for. The toilet seat broke on the 3rd day we were there, which we reported. No one called us back to set up a repair.
