The place was clean and spacious, and had a kitchen with so many great utensils and supplies. We loved the fireplace. The hot tub doesn't heat very well. The master bathtub leaked down to the kitchen while we were there, and they sent a repairman. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Great condo, great location, a short drive to downtown. Lots of fun stuff to do, great places to eat.

The windows in the two bedrooms on the second floor do not open...they are broken. So we were not able to cool off those bedrooms after these warm days. So it was difficult for us to sleep in such hot bedrooms.Also, you need to replace almost all of the pillows in the house. They are in very bad shape.

Great house for a large group! Having three bathrooms was awesome, large rooms, and great location right uptown - only about 10 minutes to the main area in Breck. We experienced a power outage and our hosts were sooooo kind to find us a back up option as we were getting ready for a wedding that day. Very pleased with our stay and would book again. Only recommendation is adding a few beach towels since there’s a great private hot tub, not enough bath towels to use for both.

We travel to this same subdivision almost every year. We love it! This particular condo was just like it was pictured. Everything was clean and decorated so cute. It was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay at this location again. Wonderful experience!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was quite spacious, clean and worked well. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. I appreciated all of the rapid communication with the property management to answer the few questions I had. It was great to have a garage to park in. This property was close to Breckenridge and Frisco. Lots of things to do and see! I would book this again.

My family stayed at this townhouse for 10 nights this May. It was comfortable and well-stocked, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was central to all we wanted to do - just a few minutes from Breckenridge and maybe 15 minutes to Frisco. Great property!

We loved the place, shuttle from front door and a short drive to town make the location superb. Hot tub lives up to expectations and the communication pre check in was super helpful. Also the phone support when we were asking about shuttle pickup was a nice personal touch.

We had a group of 7 with 4 of us skiing. We had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Private hot tub and garage are great to have. The ski shuttle picking us up/dropping us off on the driveway is AWESOME! We had a blast!

The shuttle that stops in front of the house and takes you into Breckenridge was an added perk! The condo itself was exceptionally cozy, with plush couches and warm accommodations that made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. You can tell the host takes great care of her vacation home, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. We had a great stay. House was clean and listing accurate. Super cute neighborhood and kids had fun riding bikes. Only wish that there were some plastic plates and bowls for young children.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed! Tons of room for everyone to move around and close to Breckenridge.
