Very nice somewhat quiet could hear the neighbors above dragging furniture around last night but other than that all good will return with family in the future

My wife and I stayed there for three nights originally and had so much fun we extended it for a couple more nights! Communication with Pete was great from beginning . The place was spotless and everything was like brand new. The amenities and location can’t be beat! We took advantage of the beaches, kayaks, stand up paddle boards. We also rode the bikes to the nearby restaurants. We’ll definitely return

Th room was extremely clean and well equipped. The host was prompt with communication, and the amenities were excellent! The walk to beach was short and easy. Great experience!!

Just the perfect beach bungalow for all the things we love to do. The location can’t be beat! A few minutes walk to the beach and Stump pass state park. Used the kayaks almost every day. Short walk to the launching beach. Saw dolphins every day but one. Lots of cool shark teeth to collect on the beach and what amazing sunsets! Loved being able to spray off our feet at the shell washing station on the side. The condo was spotless and looks very recently refreshed and updated. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable week. Full kitchen that we used daily. Why spend time in restaurants when you can be on the beach or in the water?! An extra highlight is the bald eagle nest just across the street. Looks like there’s some baby eagles being cared for by attentive parents. Lots of other birds to see too. The back patio is super nice - for morning reading in the shade or afternoon sun soaking. We are return customers and hope to return here again next time we travel to Manasota Key.

No pool on premises. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and state park so close. We enjoyed our kayak ride. Location and cleanliness were great. Loved the outdoor space.

Peter did a great job getting this property ready after the hurricane. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it. The pool was fun and it was a short walk to the beach

Place is super clean and stocked with everything you need for the beach. My only complaint is the pull out couch is not comfortable at all. Also why not a box of Kleenex? Overall a great place to stay, relax and enjoy the beach and great sunsets!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is clean and walking distance to Stump Pass Beach Park. I was not feeling well for 2 days while here and my husband tried to sleep on pull out sofa. It was so uncomfortable, he just put mattress of floor and slept there. That was really our only issue everything else was good. Has nice patio out back door.

We loved the whole experience. The room was neat and clean and we were suprised at all of the amenities. From the bikes and kayaks that were available at no extra charge and the nice free laundry facility. We cooked in every evening, so my wife was very pleased at how well equipped the kitchen was. If we get a chance next year, we will definitely be back.
