Stayed Mar 10, 2026Probably the best short term rental we have ever stayed in. Very clean, updates were beautiful and skillfully done, and overall a wonderful space to relax and hang out. We especially enjoyed spending time on the front porch in the rocking chairs and porch swing. Peaceful location yet very walkable.

Stayed May 5, 2025Beautiful house, great location in Fredericksburg. I would recommend this house to everyone! Only downside was the lack of drinking glasses in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen, and access to a washer & dryer would be nice for people traveling several days/weeks. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The house is adorable. Very quiet neighborhood but so close to Main Street. Perfect for a small family like ours. Water pressure in the shower and kitchen is very low, but we just jumped around! Easy check in and check out.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. The house was clean and well apportioned. Location is central to the town and everything is easily accessible. We walked to several restaurants nearby and walked down Main Street. We had a great time and highly recommend this vacation home.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024The house was just the right size for three of us, and we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go. The bathrooms were fabulous! You might want to consider instructions on how to utilize the TVs. We were unable to use the TV in the living room despite a couple attempts. Not the end of the rule for us, but it would have been nice. Overall, a very fun visit. Thanks!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024My friend and I had a great girls trip to Fredericksburg and enjoyed the house tremendously! The decor was so precious, the updated bathrooms were spectacular and the beds were very comfortable! The location is close enough to walk to Main St if you want. We will definitely stay here again!
