This place was very nice and fit us all very comfortably. I wish it had 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer in the unit, but would definatwly stY there again.

Clean and spacious. It was just right for our family. Stairs where a little steep tho

Excellent stay for our week in Colorado Springs! Having the complete flat was perfect for our family. I didn't realize there was another apartment in the building but it wasn't a problem at all. Jennifer was great at communicating and the location was terrific. Would stay here again!

We loved this place! It has so much charm and the layout is ideal. Such a beautiful historic home in downtown Colorado Springs! We appreciated the full kitchen and amenities and the host was responsive and helpful.

Everything worked great! The heater in the bedrooms was much needed and worked!!

This is a lovely property. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great home base for coming back to after exploring and hiking all day.

This is in a great location, convenient, and great value. Property manager was great to work with and very responsive.

Home was beautiful! We loved the little squeaks the floors made. It added to the old home charm. Snacks in the kitchen were a hit with the kids. Would definitely rent again if we’re in the area! Communication with host was quick & easy, they’re very responsive & accommodating! We got into town earlier than expected & they were able to let us check in early which was great!

The house is very cool - the uniqueness that only comes with old houses paired with the freshness of updates (kitchen, bathroom). It had everything we needed.I would highly suggest the next update being new mattresses. All of the beds upstairs are incredibly squeaky & I was surprised at how EXTRA firm the master bed was (not a typical hotel/vrbo fit).The location is central to everything - manitou springs, movie theaters, museums, etc.

Brrrrrrr……..I don’t know if this is the regular routine, but there was zero heat turned on when we arrived. According to the portable heater we plugged in, it was 55 degrees in there. This is an old home with old heating. Mostly baseboard electric. The first night was cold for everyone other than the person that slept in the smaller upstairs room. Between the baseboard heat and the portable heater, it was ok the first night. We had to open the oven door and run the electric oven to help heat the place when we were home. It took two days to get it comfortable. The door didn’t function properly upon arrival, but I will give them kudos for taking care of that situation quickly and effectively. It is as advertised other than arriving with no heat turned on in Colorado in the winter. Very close to downtown and the bar/restaurant scene as well as a bunch of fast food options.

Our second time staying here ! My kids, husband, and I really enjoy this property and it seems they are constantly adding small bits and changes to make it better. It’s close to everything in downtown Colorado Springs !

This place was great for what we needed! We were out all day so it was nice to come back to a cozy place right in town. We like charming older places and Frank’s Flat is clean and updated in all the right things. Beds were comfortable. The host was quick to respond. We would stay here again.

The heater didn't work in the living room. Nice place. The relatives I went there to visit weren't sure about that neighborhood, but I had no problems.

The owner was super responsive! It’s a gorgeous place to stay at! I would totally come back if I ever go back! It has everything you need! Perfect location to get to most places!

Nice place to stay. Was super hot when we got there but the window ac units cooled it down pretty quick. Loved the historic charm of the property.

The place was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit. It was clean. My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Once we door code worked, we were good to check in. Nice kitchen; did find some dirty dishes on the shelf

This is the second time I've stayed at Frank's Flat. The check in process is very easy and the place is always clean. I would absolutely stay there again. Very quiet neighborhood.

Frank’s Flat is a very cute historic house. The charm is evident and the hosts have worked hard to update the inside and make it comfortable. The bathroom, kitchen, and living area are updated. The upstairs bedrooms (1 rm w/ queen bed & 1 rm w/ 2 doubles) were comfy and cozy. I love the hallway between the rooms. I loved hearing the creaks and groans of the old house. The only drawback back was that it seemed to be in a not-great part of town. There were homeless people in the park directly across the street when we arrived, and that evening, they packed up and took their stuff down the street a couple of houses (that seemed to be a halfway house). A lot of the homes and businesses in the area are run-down. Our car was never messed with, nor did we have any issues (except for loud talking/yelling all night). I just wasn’t expecting that atmosphere. For the price of the rental, I think it’s a very good deal.

Overall, it is private, easy to find, easy to communicate with the owner, and the kitchen is clean. However, the house is a bit old, so it makes some noise and the air conditioning is noisy.

Frank’s Flat was such a wonderful property, plenty of room, very cutely decorated and so cozy & comfortable! Parking onsite made it easy, this stay was our best with VRBO, everyone loved it! I really wish I could give it more than 5 stars. We will definitely stay here again! RENT IT, you will not regret it!!

Check in was easy, plenty of parking convenient location. The kitchen was great with seasonings and plenty of dishes. A full length mirror would have been really nice but not the end of the world. I would definitely stay again
