Our house is conveniently located a short drive/uber from Grand West Casino, Tigers Milk CC for nightlife and entertainment and Canal Walk Shopping Mall for night shopping.

The Space:
This house consists of 3 bedrooms. The Primary Room has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have twin beds in each room and they share a bathroom. The home also features a dedicated TV lounge and a main living area with a pool table and coffee/beverage station, perfect for pool parties and endless summer days.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home during your stay. The home uses a remote/fob system for access. Keys and remotes will be provided upon check-in.

Other things to note

🔒 Primary Guest Only:
For safety and compliance, we don’t allow third-party bookings — the person making the booking must be the one staying in the apartment. The primary guest must be present for check-in.

🪪 Security & Check-In Requirements:
The neighbourhood is very quite and controlled for everyone’s safety. We’ll need a clear copy of you (and your guests) ID or passport before arrival, and you’ll also need to present the physical versions in person at check-in. Copies of any kind and driver’s licenses unfortunately aren’t accepted. No exceptions.

👥 Registered Guests Only:
Only guests who’ve been registered with us may stay overnight. Please send through the ID copies of all overnight guests no later than 24 hours after check-in. All guests must check-in, in person, with their physical ID. Unregistered guests will not be permitted to sleep over, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

🅿️ Parking Note:
There is secure parking in the double-car garage. Additional free street parking is available

🛋️ Neighbourhood Note:
The home is located in the quiet and serene suburb of Tygerdal- and you'll need to be mindful of surrounding neighbours especially during quiet hours. The has home an alarm system, cameras to the exterior and armed response for added security.

🧼 Longer Stays (14+ Nights):
For stays longer than 14 nights, a weekly cleaning, linen change and utilities fee applies at R750/week (charged separately) from the third week onward.

This is optional and isn’t included in the booking total due to platform limitations, but we’ll send a separate payment request after confirmation.

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of teas, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

🍳 Optional Services

Breakfast, airport shuttle and all baby hire items are available on request and are not included in the standard accommodation rate. If you'd like breakfast during your stay, please let us know in advance and we'll arrange meal vouchers for you.

🔔 NB!! Smoking, exceeding occupancy limits, having unregistered guests or failing to follow the check-in process will result in immediate eviction without refund or warning.
