About this space
Fox'em Falls is ready to host your group with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, dining area, cozy family space, and amazingly peaceful outdoor space. There is even a little cubby space that the kids can enjoy! The home is very close to many hikes and the AT. Down the mountain in the towns of Nellysford and Afton you will find groceries, restaurants, breweries, cideries, wineries, and more hiking. Come stay at Foxem' Falls to escape the every day life and enjoy peace andserenity!
The space
You will have access to the entire home. The main level has the kitchen and dining space as well as the den/family room with games for all to enjoy as well as a tv. There is a private queen bedroom downstairs as well as another private room with a bunk (full on bottom, twin on top). A full bath is shared by everyone downstairs. Up the first stairs is a cubby space that can be accessed by a ladder for the young ones in the group (not suitable for toddlers). Up the rest of the stairs you will find a loft space with a twin bed and a twin trundle. This space also has a desk and chair for remote work. Next to the lofted space is the master bedroom. It has a queen bed, full bath shared by all upstairs, and a balcony.

This home belongs to a family who loves it and the beautiful surroundings; we greatly appreciate you taking care of it during your stay. We are aware that some of the carpets are not in perfect condition and that the sliding doors stick a little. We appreciate your patience and thoughtful feedback as we continue to make this home a great fit for all. The peace, respite, and family memories await you at Fox'em Falls and we can’t wait to host your group.

This home is the property of a family and they have lovingly worked on it for a year. The home has carpets that have some less than perfect areas as we assume they will get lots of wear and tear during the winter months. The house is cozy and inviting, but we do want to make you aware of this. It does not mean we expect it to be treated poorly. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We loved staying at Fox'em Falls! The house is adorable and in a great location to skiing. Jen was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. She let us stay past check out time when our car had issues. Would stay again!

Love the house and the location. All of the windows bring the outdoors inside. Temps in the 70's during the day and 60's at night. Easy access to the old AT and the rest of the resort trail system.

This lovely house is well stocked, comfortable and located near the old AT. This is prime real estate at Wintergreen. The house has a simple look to it from the street, but wait until you get inside! Glass walls and skylights put you directly in the woods. The back deck is a welcoming home away from home. The master suite is wonderful.We have been coming since the resort opened and have rented many different properties. This may not be the fanciest house, but its charm cannot readily be put into words or replicated. Highly recommended.
