Fourth Tee - Pacific Grove House - Ocean/Golf View

The 4th Tee is a great place to rent. We love the house and its location. Monterey Bay Properties are the best, Michele Larkin and staff are professional, friendly and if any issues come up, they will take care of it immediately. We have rented from them for more than a decade. The property is located overlooking the 4th tee of PG's Golf course The extra large windows in the living and kitchen areas make you feel like you are living out side with the trees. The back deck is wonderful, opening to the dining room, is a great place to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Just a few blocks from the Ocean, you can hear the Sea Lions bark at night. There are deer and lots of birds. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds very comfy. We have rented the house 3 summers in a row, for 2 1/2 months each and we love the house. It's 10 minutes from everything and 3 blocks from the waterfront. We saw Sea Otters, Sea Lions every day and many times we saw whales in the distance. The area is super quiet and safe. Great wi-fi service and Cable service. You will love the house.

We just loved the Fourth Tee, this is our second summer renting this lovely home. The house perfectly located over looking the 4th fairway of Pacific Grove Golf Links, on a clear day you get a small view of the Ocean and at night you can the waves crash and the sea lions barking. It is minutes from everything... The house its self is bright and good size, with 2 huge windows and I mean huge that make you feel like you are outside.. The deck overlooks the golf course. The rooms are a good size and so are the bathrooms. The kitchen is lovely and it has a good size laundry room. There is lots of wild life, deer, hummingbirds and all types of birds. It is a short 4 block walk to the Monterey Bay. And we love renting from Michelle at Monterey Bay Property Management. We have rented from them for over 10 years and you could not ask for a better company to rent from.

We have rented many houses from Monterey Bay Properties in the past 12 years and they all have been lovely. But the Fourth Tee is our favorite. The home has huge windows and a wonderful deck, making the house bright and airy. The location of the house is perfect, overlooking the golf course, centrally located and an easy walk to the Pacific Ocean. The house is well stocked, furniture and beds very comfy. And good size bathroom. Great TV options and Wi-Fi. Loved the front yard. We loved it so much we booked again next year. With this wonderful home comes Monterey Bay Properties and Michelle Larkin. I can't say enough about her. She is professional and so easy to work with. Thank you Michelle.

This is a wonderful house. It has a deck offering a great view of the 4th hole of the PG Municipal golf course. The kitchen is very good, with an excellent gas stove, microwave, fridge. We loved the master bedroom and bath ... with the heated floors. The place was very clean when we arrived. Long story short, we loved it. We've been renting houses in PG for decades; this is the nicest house yet. We'll be back.
