Very nice home. Only problem I had was with Audio -Video components. I could not enjoy any of the TV's or sound system. Seems like guests would benefit from a more complete instruction manual or the system should be redesigned with the goal of simplifying it. I believed that the pricing was more than fair until I noticed that other similar homes also in Lookout were charging much less for the same week. Less than half as much. But we did enjoy our stay so I would say that we will probably try to get back annually . Thank you

Incredible views, incredible house, incredible decor. Everything was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Perfect for a big group. Kitchen was fully stocked, the owner was super communicative and quickly responded to questions, and everything was perfect.

Wow great house. One thing is the hot water in master bathroom took forever to heat up otherwise perfect!

After investing in groceries and drinks to have a movie night, we arrived to find out the primary amenity (theater room) was out of order due to not having a functioning bulb in the projector and no replacement on site or available locally.After reporting the issue and calling a maintenance person to come onsite, I had to follow up with the maintenance person to later find out a bulb was ordered and would not arrive during our stay.I have since reached out to the property management team with no response.Further, if you’d like to invite a friend or two over for dinner, or jacuzzi, or a night of fun and games, there’s only one additional parking space and no other place for guests to park in the entire community. Consider this if you are wanting to be social during your visit.

We had an amazing stay at the Buffalo Lodge! The house was incredible, and well stocked. The host was responsive, and the house manager was always available when needed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this house for your next trip!

This home was the perfect stay for our family! Plenty of room to have your own space, while also having great areas to be together. Stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed the stay.

We had the most wonderful time! Five of my girlfriends and I enjoyed hiking, playing pickleball, and sharing dinners together. The home is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for entertaining. One evening, we had a sushi chef prepare dinner, and the kitchen and family room were ideal for the occasion. Last night we grilled and enjoyed the 12 person movie theatre. We will definitely be back!

Marvelous family property set close to Deer Valley and close to Bonanza Loop Trail, Park City Town, 30 minutes to cute town of Midway. Endless hiking, skiing. We dined at Stein Erickson, walked to breakfast at Goldener Hirsch Auberge Resort, truly amazing coffee, tea and breakfast. This property couldn’t be more comfortable and convenient. Highly reccomend.

Check in was easy, host very communicative. House was clean and exactly described. We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect for our family. Anytime we needed to talk to the host it happened. The kitchen is the best part of the house. The theater room did not work as expected but we made it work and the kids where are able to watch a movie. Love the house and would stay again.

Beautiful home. Well equipped kitchen for entertaining. The theater room was hit as well as the pool table. Very clean home. And spectacular location!

House was nice but there was a leak in the ceiling and no hot water for 3.5 of the 5 days we were in the rental. The property manager acted like it was no big deal too just move the bed and put a bucket to catch the leaking ceiling. That obviously was as way to loud and distracting to sleep by so we switched it to a towel. I then let her know there was no hot water and it took 3 1/2 days to get a plumber to fix whatever was the issue. Overall the house was nice but for the money, problems and lack of effort to remedy them, we were disappointed.

We have the greatest time at this house. It was absolutely massive, all the appliances were brand new, the movie theater was incredible for the kids. We had enough space enough towels, everything. If you can find a way to come to this house, it will be worth every penny. I have stayed that many BRVO properties cross country and it was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed at. We absolutely love it.

Great location and view of the mountains were spectacular. The home was wonderful. Quality all the way.

Buffalo Lodge was an awesome home close to deer valley ski resorts. House was spacious with plenty of storage. Kitchen was so functional. Only concern was the elevator was not operating which my wife struggled with all the stairs.

Perfection in every facet—house, spaciousness, cleanliness, location, shuttle from house to slopes, everything.

Could not have dreamt up better accommodations for our family get away.

We had a great visit, plenty of room, towels, kitchen was fully stocked. Couple light bulbs out but no big deal. Loved it

The home is incredible.

The house was spectacular. Slept 14 girls very comfortably. Was clean, cozy, and the perfect distance to Main Street. Want to come back and stay here during ski season with my family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and kind. 11/10 recommend.

We had a family golf trip for the boys and enjoyed playing courses around the Park City area. The home was beautiful and accommodated our party of 8 quite well. We took full advantage of the hot tub, pool table, theater room, and large family room dining table for game nights. Beautiful views and a short distance from the historic main street in Park City.

Beautiful house, could use some refreshing. Limited outdoor space for such a big house.
