Stayed Jul 5, 2025We loved this property--having the same amount of bathrooms as bedrooms was so convenient. We loved the views from the living room and kitchen, and the porches were wonderful. The kitchen was well-stocked and the appliances were nice. It was great to have our own walkway to the beach, and the beach itself was really lovely--not very crowded, even though the Crescent Beach park is close by. Beautiful place to see the sunrise and the full moon over the ocean! We will most likely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Perfect location, beach is beautiful & quiet. Quick ride to St Augustine beds are very comfortable, enough linens , kitchen supplies were good. The house itself is a bit worn out( for the amount of money charged it should be top notch) but all in all in it was good & would stay here again

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Great location on the beach! Close enough to historic St.Augustine for easy access. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen stocked well enough. Orange couch was not too comfortable though. Suggestion balcony height chairs for beach deck would be great!

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Lots of problems with this property, which is totally worn out inside. Had to have numerous service calls. Carpets and upholstry are worn and dirty.Also, did not inform me the property was for sale until after cancellation date. This is a security risk, necessitating you pack up all valuables and medicine for the duration of the showings. Such a shame. At one time this was probably a good place. Because the property is for sale, it likely will not be improved. Rental rate is based on what the property once was, not what it is today.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024good location close to downtown St Augustine without the traffic nightmare. House could use some pressure washing and trim painting. The cleaning crew done a good job. It could also use a few more bath towels for the week long guests,

Stayed Aug 3, 2024House is comfortable with easy access to beach. The downstairs has a door directly onto the lower deck with outdoor shower and boardwalk to the beach. The house is a bit more worn than the photos indicate. There are not as many chairs on the upper deck as indicated and the couch slipcover is showing a lot of wear and tear. And the common area - living room/dining room/kitchen - is really too small for the number of people that can sleep there.
