Four Bedroom Penthouse Steps from the Beach with Stunning Ocean Views

Location, location, location! The view from this apartment can’t be beat - you can see the ocean from the large doors/windows in the kitchen and living rooms, and the deck could seat all 10 of us comfortably. It was nice being on the quieter part of the boardwalk with easy access to everything. Given that 2 of the rooms have bunk beds, this was a perfect house for a getaway with our teen boys and their friends!

This was a great property. I would recommend it to others. If offers fabulous views, an unbeatable location, it is a large unit with 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms, overall clean. Our stay was great, we had an issue with a leaking bedroom window. Things that would have improved our stay were: 1-better dryer...it took two hours every night to dry our towels 2-better refrigerator....the ice maker was very slow, we had to buy ice as the ice maker could not keep up with our demand for ice. The filtered water from the refrigerator was very slow, taking very long time to fill a glass of water. 3-the area to wash off sand would fill with a puddle of water that was dirty and gross. 4-gas fireplace is in need of cleaning. We did not use it, but it was not pleasing to look at all the dust/dirt buildup inside. 5-the bed sizes displayed in picture are not accurate. The one bedroom was described as having two single beds. It had a pyramid bed. Therefore we brought along the incorrect sheet sizes and had to go out to purchase new sheets for this bed. 6-I would have appreciated more communication from the owner about trash days, recycle guidelines, wifi password. I had to reach out to the owner to gain this information. The above are all suggestions for how to improve the unit for the future. I would recommend it to others.

The house was great for our family very spacious with great views! Perfect location, would definitely come back, a recommendation would be some upgrade.

The second floor unit has a great view but the property is a bit rundown with water stains on the ceilings, air vents and fans coated with dust, and the washer/dryer was sandy and filled with lint. The dishes, pots & pans, glasses and utensils were a collection of mismatched pieces. Not very well put together for the price.
