This bi-level four bedroom house is in a quiet neighborhood, just over 1.5 miles from downtown State College. Football shuttles are nearby for travel to Beaver Stadium, which is 3.7 miles from the property. Sleeping accommodations include primary bedroom with queen bed and full en-suite bathroom. Additionally upstairs has another two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the second with a double bed and one twin bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the main upstairs living level and a half bath on the lower level off of the family room. Kitchen is fully equipped. The main living area is 'open concept' and bright. There is a small porch, patio and a large backyard. The property is close to a park with bike path and playground. Home is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule. Please be advised if you have a cat allergy. There is one cat living in the home, but will not be present during guest stays.

Stayed for a football weekend, and an easy drive to the stadium and close to downtown...yet in residential neighborhood. Judith was a good host and was available to answer our questions prior to arrival, met us at arrival to explain a few things. House was clean. Easily met our needs.

House and yard are bigger and prettier than they look in the picture. House has a nice upper deck and a lovely stone-paved patio. Several small gardens with beautiful flowers. Lots of wildlife: chipmonks, bluejays, butterfiles. We would stay again.

Judy was very accommodating. The house is big enough to sleep 8. The house was clean. Large parking driveway which we needed since we were having friends from all directions meet us. Close to the stadium and downtown.
