This is a perfect unit for 4 people - 2 comfortable sized bedrooms. The Master has a king sized bed, its own en suite and a walk-in closet and Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. There is a second bathroom off the hallway.

There is a spacious kitchen with all the modern appliances you will need to cook up a storm. After dinner retire to the fully appointed lounge room to watch a movie or just sit in front of the fireplace.

A fully screened in Arizona room is situated at the back of the house that looks out onto the backyard. You can also stoke up the fire pit on the back patio and take in the beautiful Arizona nights under the stars.

The property is located 3/4 mile to the Fountain Park Fountain of the Gods & downtown Fountain Hills with great mountain views and fountain views. Near 4-wheeling, hiking, Saguaro Lake for a Dolly paddle boat ride. Verde River, great restaurants & wine bars. Free water play park for the kids-tons to do in Fountain Hills. Near Ft.     Our host was very hospitable giving us excellent communication with entry and accommodations. It was clean, the beds were amazing, esp after 1600 mile trek. Really enjoyed the front patio and the proximity to Fountain Hills park. Very easy to get around.We reached out to the host with a question and we had a return call shortly after.

    We had a wonderful stay at this property. I had to go to the Mayo Clinic and the property was conveniently located. We also got to visit family. The location was very quiet which we enjoyed and are used to. The temps were cool enough to sleep with windows open and didn't need to use the AC to sleep.

    Very nice!! Loved being close to downtown Fountain Hills. We could walk to the downtown. Comfortable living space and a very supplied kitchen. Great to have a garage. The front yard space was great as well as the back patio. We really liked the quiet neighborhood.

    We visited with relatives in Fountain Hills over Thanksgiving. The home was very comfortable. Appliances were new and in good shape. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Not much of a back yard but would be fine for a late evening campfire.
