Had a wonderful stay. The place is so peaceful and has everything you need. Jason was very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to book it again.

Second time staying here and loved it again. I keep saying I have to stay during the summer to enjoy the lake. As always, a great place to stay. Close enough to Pigeon Forge but far enough to be secluded.

Beautiful and well maintained property. There’s plenty of room for the nine of us. We loved the view of the lake and the sunsets. The kitchen was fully stocked full of all kinds of things to help us cook. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Personal touches and attention to detail make this well stocked property a favorite! Sunsets to envy and views that inspire left us longing for more time. We cannot wait to return.

Our family vacation to Douglas Lake was absolutely amazing. The host of the house Jason was great to work with, answered any questions or concerns I had very promptly. The house was clean, awesome location and a perfect size for our family of six. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly so we all could be together. We rented a pontoon from H2O water sports very convenient and close to the house. Visited the Bush’s baked bean factory, and took a trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. But most of all we spent our time at the house and on the lake, just enjoying being together, fishing, having fires, making lots of family memories. One of our favorite things was seeing all the deer everywhere, anytime of the day. You definitely won’t be disappointed if you stay at Fort Sunsets. Book your next getaway with them.

Excellent lake front property, beautiful views, and a the lake area is perfection, we loved the dock, shaded area, sun deck and fire pit and the hot tub is a nice addition!! Very responsive host, would gladly stay again

It was a great trip! The house was perfect and very clean! There was lots to do for a family! We enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub best of all! LOVED sitting on the screened porch with the perfect view of the lake! We visited Forbidden Caverns 15 min away!

This was a beautiful, well kept property near the lake. The home was clean, had plenty of seating for a family of 7, and had plenty of towels and linens, too. As we came in the winter, the lake was quite low, but we saw that as a positive and explored all of the revealed lake bottom features. We even kayaked a bit! We had a great time; Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful home and view. We had one minor issue but we got it fixed. Jason was very quick to respond to our needs. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a fabulous time at this property. Listing is accurate. Family, kid, and pet friendly. Best stocked kitchen hands down. Fire pit is wonderful. Sunsets are first rate. Host responds quickly to messaging.

My two friends and I enjoyed this very nice and beautifully decorated Lakehouse!! Whenever we needed anything Jason was on top of it and fixed it right away!! The beds were comfortable!! Fully stocked kitchen! TVs worked well!! Very clean!! This is a very beautiful Lakehouse that can sleep 6 adults and 2 small children :) We relaxed and watched movies at night in the living room and cooked meals also. We drove to Pigeon Forge each day because there wasn't much to do in Dandridge TN but there was the Busch's Beans restaurant/museum 10-15 min. away. Their food and gift shop is amazing!! The Lakehouse was 45-50 min. to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge TN. We enjoyed the drive there though, there wasn't a lot of tight curves but, roads were narrow. Our favorite resteraunts were Pinchys, Flavortown, Seasons 101,The Plum Tea House, The Local Goat, and Apple Barn Resteraunts Lunch is better than their breakfast!! A restful stay!! We are grateful!!

This was a family vacation. The kids loved playing in the water and jumping in off the dock. The view was great. Highly recommend.
