Large living room with 2 sided wood burning fireplace. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Large deck out back with great view of the lake. One miles away from launch ramp. Two miles away from the Historical London Bridge.

Rooms are clean, AC works nice. We didn't use the pool but walked down by it. Looks nice but isn't heated.

Nice location and great house, really enjoyed the pool with the temps running around 110 it was great to cool off with. Would suggest that the air conditioner be lowered before guests arrive, it was set at 85, which was too hot, we had to leave for a couple of hours for the house to cool down.

This was our first experience staying at a VRBO property. The home was cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and the location to downtown wasn’t very far away. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

We flew to Lake Havasu to determine where we want to winter when my wife retires. We had several places in mind, but it only took this one trip to decide that Havasu is the place! The house was very comfortable and clean. The back deck/porch area is awesome! If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is the place. We went for walks every evening and loved seeing the roadrunners, the mourning doves, and the prairie quail. What a relaxing place. Communication with the host was great, too. Thank you for a great stay!

Easy to find, property was dated, very well equipment with Appliances, dishes very clean. Strong Wi-Fi, 3 TV's .
