Forever June 383: Near the beach w/deck!

This property was ok except for the fact that it didn't seem like it was truly cleaned before we came. The fridge had a bleach smell but all the carpets did not look vacuumed and we found ants in 2 of the beds. Vacasa sent people out but we had to ask for them to come and remake beds and also remove a grape from one of the bunk beds. We also found sandy goggles on one of the couches....just overall did not feel like anyone took any time to clean. Also, some confusion on what we were actually required to do upon checkout. The text message/email I received said just to strip beds and fill the dishwasher to run it and the paper on the kitchen counter said we were required to vacuum the floors, wipe down kitchen counters, do floors and fill dishwasher to run....its a big difference to vacuum all floors or not and if we stay again with Vacasa I will be calling ahead of time to clarify what we are required to do upon checkout.

This home is great for the price. It was clean and had good WiFi. The appliances are dated and the washing machine is under the home so you have to go outside into what feels like a sketchy closet. The kitchen could have been supplied with better kitchenware. If you plan on doing lots of cooking then it is lacking.

Only issue we had was finding the washer and dryer. It was outside in a locked area. If that was listed anywhere, I missed it. The house was clean. New carpet. New furniture. The bed was not real comfy (hard and stiff). But otherwise perfect. Not one bug the entire visit. Cleanliness is my number one priority, and it was clean. We did have issue with key pad (vacasa - not owner), and had to have Vacasa come and bring a key (took about 30 min to resolve the issue). Overall a great vacation. A light over the fish cleaning area would be a great addition. We would rent this house again. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us.

This home was spacious and very comfy to us, perfect location and not so many steps for Grandma. I will be back every year. Thanks you to all who made this trip possible

Close to beach and shopping

This house was clean and comfortable. The furniture and the decor are very dated , but that did not make the house unpleasant . It was a little strange that the washer and dryer were located outside under the house. The people in the house before us left tons of garbage so much so that we didn't have the opportunity to even get rid of our trash until after trash pickup on Tuesday.
