Forever Coastal with Private Pool, Game Room, and Private Beach

We rented this home for a 5 night family vacation and expected a premium experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations.The biggest disappointment was the pool. It was full of dirt and debris for the entirety of our stay, and the water appeared stagnant because none of the pool jets or water features were working. A representative from the management company inspected it the day before we checked out and acknowledged the pool was not operating properly and that the water should not have looked the way it did.We also encountered cockroaches inside the home, and the living room couches were extremely worn out, sagging, and in need of replacement.To the management company’s credit, they responded to our concerns and sent people out, but the major issues were never fully resolved during our stay.For a luxury vacation rental, we expected a clean, well maintained, and fully functional property. While the home has potential, our experience fell well short of our expectations, and we would not stay here again.

All 18 of us loved it! The house and location were beautiful. It was wonderful that every bedroom in the house had a bathroom, needs more towel racks or hooks but that’s our only complaint. Owner should take a picture of the pantry to show all the small appliances available.

Everything was great. Close to beach, enough room for our families (total of 30), very clean, great pool and spa, and was close to the mall. We had a great time at the house. The only thing is that there are some noticeable wear and tear on parts of the furniture. But I don’t thinks it’s enough to not give 5 stars because it didn’t affect anything. Do recommend for big groups.

The beach house and cabana house were perfect! We had a large group and the house fully accommodated us. The hot water was always available, the amount of dishes was great, and the three full refrigerators were so helpful. The pool was ideal and the hot tub was so amazing. The game room was full of options and so awesome. There was plenty of room for 10-11 cars within the provided spots. Direct access to the private beach and chairs included.I highly recommend this rental and would love to rent it again in the future.

The house was perfect for our reunion. The kids loved all the games, the space was perfect, and so close to the beach and many stores. They were very quick to respond to 2 issues we had. The only thing that would have made it perfect, would’ve been having softer, more comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, since it was chilly the days we were there. We also had to go to store to purchase more salt & pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, baggies and aluminum foil, laundry soap and dish soap. I would rather pay a little more to have all that stuff included. They did give us a starter pack, but with 25 people it lasted 1 day.

The property was perfect and the host was very communicative when needed. 10/10!

Everything was ready and in great shape. We had 12 adults (6 couples) on a golf trip and the location and the accommodations were perfect. We all want to return.

We really loved this place. Plenty of room for everyone together or need to hide away for time to yourself. The game room was a hit for everyone of all ages! Only bummer was we rented a golf cart and it is only legal to use it on the street is located, but it was still nice to get everything to the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our 3 families of 4. There was more than enough room. The quiet street, closeness to the beach access and walking distance to other amenities made this trip one of the best ones we’ve been on. We are already planning our trip for next year.

More issues this time. Hot tub went out, pool hit showed up and we had to get out of the pool so he could clean it during our stay. Table umbrella was broken and we didn’t know it; it fell over due to wind and almost hit my niece’s two year old daughter. The house is still beautiful but needs updates. Things are starting to break down, outdoor chairs need to be replaced.

Perfect house for a beach trip with a super easy check in process and easy access to the beach.

This house was perfect for our family of 21! Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures! House and rooms were bigger than i thought. We will definitely rent again!

Second time staying in Forever Coastal. Annual family vacation with kids and grandkids. Love that there are no stairs for us grandparents who sponsor our annual trip. Pool and game room are the best in Destin.

We had a very ejoyable trip to Miramar and the house was perfect for our family. We created priceless memories there. Our kids and grandkids, along with the great-grandparents and nephew/his wife and 3 girls laughed and played so hard and the house was so well suited for them.

Very clean, a lot of room and the pool was a big plus.

This place was perfect for our family to gather. The pool and game room were wonderful. The whole family loved it.

Perfect house for a large group. The pool was much larger than most pools in the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was perfect for a large group. Our trip was rainy for a couple of days. There is plenty of things to entertain and areas to still sit outside

We came here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday with family and her friends. The house did not disappoint! It was perfect. The cabana house was perfect for her and her friends to give them their own space. The family stayed in the main house and there was plenty of room. The only negative I would say is the heated spa doesn’t get real hot for the price you pay and could be hotter and there could be a little more toilet paper and paper towels to start off with. The refrigerator in the main house had two drawers that appear to not be connected and there was a piece broken so you had to be careful pulling them out. I’d still give the place 5 stars and would definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful stay and answering all my questions prior to arrival!

They stay was great with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. No complaints! It was a great trip!
