It has a large porch and easy access to the water, with beach chairs and umbrellas waiting. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms well appointed. We had a wonderful stay with three generations of our extended family. The pool is small but just right when we didn't want to walk to the community pools. The rental team had several good ideas on local restaurants, and were very responsive with some (very) minor issues that arose.

Great spot for little kids because they cannot go down any stairs from inside the house to get to the pool. There are also alarms for the downstairs doors just iincase. Made my pool anxiety go away so I was able to relax more. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back!

Walk to beach is so short from the back door... Add a few comfy chairs in living room, that are not so low to ground, would be a upgrade. Also, keypad vs keys would be great. First place we have stayed that we needed keys....

It was very well stocked. It was also a very nice house just steps from the beach with more than enough room for all 16 of us. The management was very responsive to any question we had while we were there. We loved it!!

Really enjoyed the house. There was 12 total guests ranging in ages of 5 to 60. Bedrooms were spacious and living room, kitchen and dining room large enough for all of us. House was very clean, beach views were amazing and beach access only a few steps. Really enjoyed the neighborhood amenities which included pools, pickle ball, basketball etc. One thing of note the only way to access the upper two floors from the bottom floor is by elevator or outside stairs. The bottom floor is pool side and has one bedroom and the bunk room.

We were two families on spring break. There was plenty of room for the families to spread out and for all of the kids to have space to do their own thing. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. It was clean and the management company was super responsive. My only complaint is the pain that it is to get upstairs from the bottom floor. The elevator is somewhat finicky and it is the only way to access the bottom floor from inside the house. As long as you are ok with an outdoor exit then the house is perfect.
