The house location was great to access Acadia. Beautiful yard and the house was very comfortable.

The location, which was practically inside the park, was great. Less than a mile from the ocean. The kitchen was sufficient for the meals we cooked there. The beds were comfortable. We usually spent the evening playing cards around the dining room table. We also took advantage of the Smart TV to watch some Netflix shows from our account. We especially appreciated the motion sensing nightlights when we got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathrooms. The hammocks were a nice touch as well.

Perfect location for exploring the area without being in the very busy and crowded town of Bar Harbor. Only 10 minutes away. A very comfortable home with a great back yard for enjoying the fall colors, cool temps, and evening fire pit. Host was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

Sherri was very friendly and very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location.

The location was amazing, house a great size with all we needed plus more, and my kids loved playing in the yard. Host responded quickly to my questions and resolved a minor maintenance issue with the house within hours. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Otter Cliff House. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was very helpful with questions we had about the area. The property feels very remote but is only a 3 minute drive to the Sieur de Monts entrance to Acadia and about 7 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor. We saw wild turkeys and a couple of babies nearly every day in the yard which was neat.

The house is in a perfect location for exploring Acadia, and had everything that our family needed and more. We had a wonderful time- thanks so much Sherri!

We had a wonderful time at the Otter Cliff House. It was perfect for the 5 of use. It was well stocked and very clean when we arrived. It’s just the right distance to drive back and forth from Bar Harbor. Sherri was a great host and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again.

The house very clean and had everything that you would have in your own house. It was like being at home. The location was perfect for getting around Acadia and seeing all the sites and exploring awesome trails. It was also 5 minutes from Bar Harbor but secluded enough to be away from it all, in a nice quite suburban setting. Over all we loved it thank you very much.

What a wonderful home and location. Easy access to Park Loop road and downtown Bar Harbor. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. It was very clean and taken care of. Owner was great communicator and provided us some tips for the area that we weren't aware of.

Perfect location. The house has access to Bar Harbor and the National Park but it is very private, you do not feel the town crowds at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Otter Cliff House! The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location near Acadia and Bar Harbor. Situated in beautiful surroundings, and visited by wild turkeys most mornings. Highly recommend!

Loved challenging hikes, autumn foliage, rocky coastlines, and Bar Harbor cuisine. The Otter Cliff property was in a great location - secluded, yet could walk to Thunderhole and numerous hiking trails. Also, only a five minute drive from the action in Bar Harbor. Highly recommend!!

The home's location was great as a starting point for all adventures in Acadia. Many things to do & see within a few minutes drive. The home itself was clean and comfortable with a great property to have dinner outside and wander around in the yard. Sherri was great and gave us the lowdown of a lot of things about & around the area.

My family had the pleasure of staying at the Otter Cliff house last week. The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the needed amenities and more. We were impressed with being provided with plenty of toilet paper other places we have always had to purchase some along with laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable which is always a PLUS! Loved the sectional couch in the living room and portable fans that could be moved throughout the house as needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, but the frying pans could be replaced. We made breakfast every morning and the coating is mostly worn off and everything really stuck so it was a struggle cooking in the pans. The backyard space is delightful and relaxing. We loved our stay at Otter Cliff and highly recommend it. Sherri, the host is super friendly and a great communicator.

This was our second year staying at this house. The house and location is perfect for our group of four (including two teenagers). It's quiet and secluded, and a short walk to the ocean. Sherri is awesome and very communicative!

We had a wonderful time in and around Acadia. This property was perfect for our family, and the location cannot be beat. The owner was amazing, providing us suggestions on activities, and always available for questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our vacation!

If you are looking for the perfect location to explore the island and have a comfortable and relaxing stay, look no further! The home is extremely private, quiet and cozy! we hiked and explored hard every day we were here and at the end of the day this was the perfect place to be! Sherri was very kind and easy to contact. She was willing to do anything to make our stay perfect. Sherri is a wonderful host and we would not hesitate to stay here again! If your coming to Mt Desert Island & Acadia this is your place to stay!
