At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchen, you'll find quartz countertops, stovetop, non-stick cookware (full set), Mocca Master coffee maker, 4 slot toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a 65 latest 4K Roku smart TV in the living room, 55 tv in master bedroom, and a washer and dryer! Downstairs you will find a Queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a Twin Over Queen Bunk Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a King bedroom that features an ensuite bathroom and powder desk for getting ready. Sleeping arrangements (7 people total): 1 BR upstairs with King bed + 1 BR upstairs with twin over queen bunk, 1 Br downstairs with Queen bed.

Free parking is available directly outside of the unit in the designated tenant parking sign spots. Please note there is a limit of 2 cars for the unit during your stay.
