Enough room, great location so close to the beach

Location

Property was as described and CLEAN. Everything was great. We used the beach chairs and umbrella and the towels, this was very nice since we had driven far and did not bring these items. The beach is a VERY short walk as described and so convenient to not have to get in the car to go. We used the grill and cooked in most of the time. Kitchen is tight but very accommodating. Master Bedroom was comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Very well kept. The owner was very communicative with all of my questions which was great. Overall this was a great find for us. The water at the beach was wonderful and clear, we brought snorkel gear and saw some a lot fish. There are buoys marking a rock shelf where the marine life is more abundant. The stress of having to go anywhere was alleviated because everything we needed was right there. This is a small cottage and yard so it may not be comfortable for a large group. It was perfect for us. Also the outdoor shower was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was so nice. Such a thoughtfully appointed cottage, really anything you might need was there. It was spotless and decorated so nicely. The beds were super comfortable. It is a very short walk to the end of the road where there is a shaded playground. On the other side of the playground is the beach access. Other nice touches: a book library, family games and activities for kids, a shed fully stocked with beach equipment and towels. The back patio has a misting fan and an outdoor shower. Great communication with the owner. We really hope we can return again one day soon!

We really enjoyed the property and it’s proximity to the beach. The owners have updated and maintained the house beautifully. We especially enjoyed the extras provided such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and floats. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Comfortable for my husband & I and our 2 teenage daughters. Would definitely rent again if coming back to the area.

Lovely house yards from playground and beach - very clean - owners very nice and accessible! Great for family

We had an amazing stay at Holly’s place! The house was incredibly clean and was stocked with everything we needed ( she thought of everything!) We also we’re traveling with a 2.5 year old and almost one year old and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Holly brought over high chairs, toys, a diaper pail, and even a beach truck for my son and the list goes on! She also moved anything breakable before we got there, something we usually need to frantically do when we visit somewhere. The house was beautiful and nicely decorated and very comfortable. We grilled on the back patio a number of nights and also enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The house was sooo close to the beach and a cute playground which was perfect. we enjoyed walking on the beach and through a side street to the surf shop coffee/smoothie truck too! I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time! It was an excellent location and very clean. Avis was warm, welcoming and responsive to our needs.

Our stay was great . The house was perfect. Has everything you would need on vacation . 1 minute walk to the beach . Five stars for cleanliness! The only advice I would give is please don’t use scented plug ins. Some people are very sensitive to them . We would definitely stay here again .

We were in town for a family wedding and couldn't have asked for a better rental house. If you are even thinking of renting this house--just do it. It is the perfect beach getaway. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, cozy, and within super easy walking distance of a lovely park and the ocean. It is truly a hidden gem. There were incredibly thoughtful touches throughout and anything you would need for a beach vacation. Communication with the owner was top notch. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing property! We look forward to returning when we are next in the area.
