Stayed Jul 5, 2025The property was wonderful - very well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The location next to a public access was less than desirable - the beach was extremey crowded.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Loved the location, layout. size of the house and lots of parking area. We also enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs . But the house needs a good deep cleaning. Seemed a little neglected. A larger Tv in the den would also be nice for large families. There was also trash around the outside of the house . Dunes Realty was easy to work with and even with these negatives we still plan to be back

Stayed May 28, 2022Great location, they have done a lot of work to the decks and walkway to the beach, but the house needs a lot of attention. The walls are in need of painting, back door is dirty and knob is worn, beds are horrible. Great location but the house is really dated including appliances and furniture.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021I love the house, but the door from the family room is sticky and needs repair. Some paint is needed to make the place look like it did when I first stayed there several years ago. These small problems do not reduce our recommendation for the house.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021This was a great place! The house was big, and had a good location. The only thing we didn't like was all of the really personal pictures around the house. I'm not sure they are appropriate for all of the different families that rent the house.

Stayed Apr 3, 2021Our stay consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids. The house is in a great location with beautiful views. The home itself could use some paint and TLC. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of seating. The house itself is quite large and the living would only seat about 4 or 5 people comfortably. Probably a great home for a family of 6 or so but not for a larger party.
