FLEMING-O (Flamingo) Cottage is the perfect getaway

The perfect Key West getaway! We had a blast staying at the Fleming-O house. Excellent location, walkable to everything. The house itself is just amazing, has great layout and design. We had enough space for the 5 of us, comfortable beds, and all essentials like plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. Easy booking process, great communication from host. Would definitely stay here again:)

The location couldn’t have been better and the cottage was quite cute. Shower/bathroom, front porch and kitchen all quite lovely. We had an issue and the management company came out within the hour to address it.My complaint is the beds. There were twin beds in the second bed and a queen in the main bedroom. But the beds were very very tired. Really dreadful all of them. For the price I really would expect nicer mattresses and bedding. We really enjoyed the stay on the island, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Quick weekend trip with family. Perfect location with privacy & close enough to all the action. Very clean & spacious for a family of 5.

-Excellent property and location for a reunion of 3 seniors: life-long friends who get together once a year or so, coming from different parts of the country. -Comfy furnishings; fun, quirky decorations; fully equipped kitchen for cooking. -The property manager was great: even called us to let us know we could get in to the place a few hours early. -Perfect location in old historic part of Key West. We knew driving in Key West is no fun, so this place was walking distance to everything we were interested in: Dining, drinks, Heningway Home (15min), South Beach (20 min), Mallory Square (15 min) and everything in between, Key West Cemetery (5 min). Could have walked to the best beach at Zachary Taylor State Park, but it's a boring walk heading in to the park, so a Lyft was easy. -We'd book it again.

Everything about this house and location was perfect for our 5-day getaway. House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio after Duval street trips which is very convenient to walk to and from when staying here. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Quick three-day get away for old friends. Home was perfect location and size for the group. Quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes from Duval and the waterfront. House was immaculate and check in was a breeze. I give this property the highest possible rating and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

House sits within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants. Staff communication through the the check in and check out process, was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
