FLATIRON APP 1 - Unrivaled views on the Amalfi Coast - Sosòre Holiday Homes

This facility was clean, comfortable, convenient, for touring and the views superb. Great restaurant for three meals a day, steps away from the front door. Excellent food/wine shop steps away. The gracious owners were the icing on our vacation. Don't miss this GEM!

Could not be more happy with our stay. We had spoke of traveling to Italy for over 30 years of our marriage. In planning our trip I spent a great deal of time researching areas and places to stay. I did not think it was possible to meet our expectations with how long we were dreaming about this trip, but they did. Adele and sisters were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. From their quick replies to our questions to their gift of homemade tomato sauce when they learned I love to cook, it made for an absolute trip of a lifetime. The apartment had the most spectacular views and Praiano was the perfect location to escape the high intensity of normal life. I can’t recommend jt enough.

We loved this little slice of paradise in authentic and welcoming Praiano! This property is centrally located in Praiano and on the Amalfi Coast. There are 2 small groceries and 2 restaurants within 20 feet! The local Praiano bus and the Praiano-Positano bus stops right out the front door. It’s amazing! The hosts arranged our to and from Naples airport private transfers, and they were great! They provided an orientation, maps and other useful details! It was a great help to have the clothes washer too! Coffee and the elegant balcony was unforgettable! We would absolutely stay here again! Adele and her sisters are excellent hosts and very responsive! Ciao!

Our stay at FLATIRON APP was nothing short of spectacular! First of all, the hosts - Adele and her sisters Paola, Michaela and Hilaria are the kindest, most hospitable people we met on our entire trip which extended from the North to the South. They absolutely made the end to our trip a beautiful and unforgettable experience. This apartment offers breathtaking, unrivalled views of the Amalfi Coast that simply have to be experienced in person with not only a wraparound balcony accessible from both the main dining room and bedroom but also an additional private balcony/terrace located on the rooftop. Waking up to the sight of the crystal-clear waters and vibrant coastline along with watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our entire trip! The location is ideal for exploring Praiano. Close walk down the beautiful staircase that is decorated by local art to the beach. It’s peaceful and tucked away from the more tourist-heavy areas, yet close enough to access amazing restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. We loved how convenient it was to take day trips to nearby Positano and Amalfi, knowing we could return to the tranquility of this gorgeous spot in the evening. The dining we experienced in Praiano was by far the best we had on the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend IL PINO and Kasai! If we had more time, I’m sure there would be more! If you're looking for a slice of paradise on the Amalfi Coast, we cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely returning!

This apartment is better than the pictures and at a perfect location. Not just an amazing view, but close to delicious restaurants and near a market for basic necessities. The sisters who host this place are by far the most helpful and attentive hosts we have ever had, and we rent places often. They helped with suggestions, transportation, and anything else we needed. Adele, the oldest sister, was there to greet us and show us the apartment. Her three sisters met us at the end to say goodbye and gave us a parting gift of limoncello! They are so kind and genuine. Also, being there in July was hot…but the AC works amazingly. If we ever return, we will stay again!!

Everything about our stay was magical! The apartment was very clean and THE VIEW - such a breathtaking view of the sea! The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Adele helped us with everything we needed from arranging our travel to and from Naples to restaurant recommendations in Praiano. She responded quickly and treated us like family. Her sisters stopped by on our last day to say goodbye. Such a wonderful family! If we plan another trip to the Amalfi Coast, we would only stay at Flatiron - it was within walking distance to markets, restaurants and bars. We had so much fun, thank you to Adele and her sisters!

My stay was absolutely amazing! Adele and her sisters were there to greet me when I arrived. They had instructions on the bus schedule, places to eat, places to see. They were quick to respond to questions. They were so helpful. The place was immaculate. I would definitely stay here if I were to come back to Praino.

My Husband and I arrived in Naples, for a10 day vacation, where we were met by our driver. I had asked Adele the host, how I could get to Praiano and she arranged the transportation for us. When we arrived at FlatIron 1, Michaela and Hilaria were waiting for us. They showered us how everything worked, gave us keys, bus schedules, restaurant names to try. They were very helpful and kind. They made us feel welcome and settled. The flat is comfortable, fully equipped and has the most beautiful views and sitting areas. It is next to the super market, the bus stop and within walking distance of excellent restaurants and eateries. Praiano is quaint, with great restaurants and a nominal amount of tourists compared to Positano and Amalfi. We were so happy that was our home base. What really made our vacation so unforgettable however, were the hosts. Adele is the best go to person. She is always a text away. She helped us with reservations, transportation issues and recommendations. Michaela and Hilaria were personable and helpful. There are not enough words to express our gratitude and how lucky we feel to have stayed at Flatiron 1 and to have met the 3 most wonderful sisters. Grazie bellas, ciao!

This place is a gem. It is very spacious with the best view and the most convenient location. There are so many positives that I don’t know how to list them all. Super host Adele and her sisters are like family. The place was very well stocked in every way possible. A couple of great restaurants and grocery store are right at your door step. There are bus stops right there too. Yet this place is quiet and every morning you wake up to this amazing view!! If you need to go to Capri or anywhere else on Amalfi Coast, Adele will help you with booking too. You will just have to stay here for few days or week to truly appreciate this amazing place. Thank you Adele for your hospitality, thoughtfulness and kindness. We definitely want to bring our kids back and rent connecting units from you soon.

My daughter and I travel travel often and both that our 2 week stay in the Sosori Holiday Homes Apartment “Flat Iron 1” rates as one of our best travel experiences. From initial contact with the owners as we were booking, to the gracious hospitality upon our arrival to Praiano, to the attention to our every need, to their Invaluable recommendations, our vacation on the Amalfi Coast could not have been more perfect. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed with decor and every amenity we could want, and extremely clean. THE views❣️ Oh my. From two separate level balconies. Absolutely Stunning. Easy access to all public transportation. Wonderfully Located in between the towns of Positano and Amalfi. Simply THE best. We rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have made friends with the four sister owners that we will cherish a lifetime. Thank you. And Caio for now.
