The Ritzy Rabbit was amazing! It was the most well stocked VRBO we have been in, Kathy and Ron have thought of everything! It was close to the beach, restaurants, and anything you would want. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Our family had a wonderful week. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Kathy was so nice and helpful with any questions we had! The pool and hot tub was a hug hit with the grandkids! We will be back! *****5*****

Perfect home for a multi-generational week. Plenty of space, multiple bedrooms and beds, and the pool out the back door was the highlight for the kids. We had every appliance and kitchen utensil we needed (although knives could definitely be sharper), excellent wi-fi, great A/C, streaming services, and plenty of pool and beach gear. Check in and household instructions were thorough and easy to understand. Walk to the beach is a bit far if you're carrying any gear, but you ride the bikes stored in the garage or take a vehicle and use the complementary parking pass. (Tip: Go early to get a parking space at the beach. Sometimes fills up by 10 a.m.) The house is on a well-traveled street, and the neighbor next door has offensive and racist signage in his front yard, but once we walked through the front door we didn't notice the outside world. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was private and close to everything. I appreciated the owner's prompt responses to questions and the extra accessories such as children's sand toys and floaties and coolers. We enjoyed the pool and the local beaches.

Wonderful family vacation! Residence packed with all the necessities for a beach vacation. We especially enjoyed having the bikes and coolers to take to the beach. The pool area was amazing, pool temperature and hot tub made it usable every day. We had ages from 84 to 23 and everyone agreed, top notch!

Kathy was a pleasure to work with as our host. She was proactive in her communication and always responsive when I reached out. Her place was great for our family. The pool and open living spaces were a definite plus. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

We absolutely love this home in the Naples area. It was our first time to visit the area and will definitely be back. The house had everything you could possibly need, which was wonderful. The beaches were beautiful and we made so many family memories.The owner of the home was wonderful, and very easy to communicate with.

House is well equipped and very comfortable. True to the description in the listing. The street is somewhat busy but noise is not an issue. Convenient to stores and the beach.Pool and hot tub are heated.

Our family had a blast at the Ritzy Rabbit. The pool was a great escape from the heat and they had a lot of different items in the garage to help us stay occupied. It was a nice walk to the beach. At night, the traffic was a little loud since it is on a busy road. Overall, my family had a wonderful time!

The house was perfect for us. Spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped. Convenient to several grocery stores. Household instructions were clear and complete. Can't think of a single negative.

We came for vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. The house was great for families with children we had two just over one year olds a 5 and a 7. The pool security fence was great so we could enjoy outdoor time with the littles without fear of them going in the pool when it wasn't pool time. The set up of the house was great as well since we (Grandma and Grandpa had the cabana room to ourselves while the families had the main house. Everything we needed was there and we loved being in walking distance to the beach with only one cross of the heavier trafficked road. Also close to shopping and restaurants and not far from the interstate. It was a great week.

Comfortable home, well appointed with lots of extras and a responsive owner. (Be aware - our beach access and parking was limited because the state had temporarily closed Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park -not the owner’s fault, of course.

We had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for our group. It’s pretty, comfortable and clean. Kathy was great to deal with. We played golf and made lots of memories!

Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. Even though there was construction on the road, the location was close enough to the beach for walking and driving. Many restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Our grandchildren, ages 3 and 11 months, enjoyed the pool and beach. The home was perfect for our adult children and the little ones. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone.
