The space
BEDROOMS
Flamingo on Frio generously offers 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a queen sofa bed. There are 2 bedrooms with a king bed in each as well as a third bedroom with 2 queen beds. The bonus sitting room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Nestle yourself into a spacious bed and drift off to a restorative night’s sleep! Each bedroom includes a Roku SmartTV and a closet.

BATHROOM

There are 2 full bathrooms with showers as well as a half bath downstairs. The outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a messy day at the beach or on the Bay. Enjoy steady hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hand soap, and body lotion are provided.

KITCHEN

A sizable peninsula and plenty of counter space make this kitchen the perfect space for groups that like to cook together. Fully equipped with glasses, mugs, plates, bowls & silverware for 10. Coffee/Tea Bar includes drip coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle. Dishwasher, blender, toaster, and microwave included. Electric stovetop range + oven. Pots/pans, baking sheet, oil, salt & pepper provided as well.

DINING ROOM

The dining table with seating for 4 as well as 4 seats at the kitchen bar provides the setting for quality family time, meals and games. Outdoor seating for 6 on the North deck as well as seating for 4 on the South deck.

LIVING ROOM

Perfect for low-key nights in, our 55“ SmartTV will entertain your family as they relax and unwind on the heavenly couch and swivel chairs. Log in to your accounts to enjoy Netflix, HBO, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ and more.

OUTSIDE/GROUND LEVEL

Let the Gulf breeze envelop you while you relax with a morning cup of coffee on the South deck or end the day with a meal or a drink and a sunset on the covered North deck. Either way, you're on Island Time. Swim, play, or fish and enjoy all that canal-life has to offer. We provide stand up paddle boards, a kayak, and pool noodles. We offer a boat stall for storage of your vessel. The garage/laundry space includes a toilet, sink, extra refrigerator, and washer/dryer.

Guest access
Plenty of parking in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass. Golf cart rental is available locally.
