This unit accommodates up to six overnight guests. While you're welcome to have visitors, please note that in compliance with city regulations, the unit cannot host more than six people overnight at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

While we want you to enjoy your time in Colorado Springs, out of consideration for other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for ensuring the behavior of all individuals in their unit.

Ample free street parking is available in the area, along with plenty of space in the pull-thru driveway.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit. A minimum penalty fee of $300 will be applied if smoking is detected in your apartment during your reservation period.

Check-in time begins at 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and can be requested one day in advance. Additional fees may apply.

    The property was perfect for our family. Conveniently located to everything we needed and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We LOVED LOVED LOVED the proximity to Garden of the Gods. Early morning runs on the trails were spectacular. We enjoyed the 4 legged visitors to our back yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy. Owners were very responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

    This home is nicely updated and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a trailhead right outside the front door. We enjoyed resting, walking, and also a quick drive to manitou springs for shopping and arcade time! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property for a nice, quiet stay.

    First of all, the location couldn’t be better for access to the Garden of the Gods. There’s a trail that starts about 20 feet from the property and you can drive there in about 1 minute.

    This place lives up to its listing description and photos! Incredible location (it really is just steps from Garden of the Gods). Clean, beautiful, comfortable accommodations for our group of five (me, my husband, our 18yo son and his two besties). I’d go back anytime, and hopefully I will!

    We stayed for an extended weekend to visit family for the holidays. The house was fantastic with very comfortable beds, fully furnished kitchen, and great coffee that was provided! Every morning when we walked out of the house you have a beautiful view of pikes peak and garden of thr gods. My wife enjoyed walking the easy access path almost every morning. We are also night owls, so when we would get home from our families house there would be 7-8 deer in the yard. They were very unbothered by our presence so we sat about 10 feet away from them and just watched them.

    We stayed at flagstone hall for 2 nights and it was a great place to stay. All major area attractions are just minutes away and the property is up to date and very comfortable. The property managers are very responsive to any needs. We just loved our stay here!
