The house was great and my dogs loved it. The owners are great, house was clean, and comfortable, beautiful area.

Perfect location from town! Very cozy and had everything we needed. Room for everyone. Beds were comfy. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

We loved our stay. The house is very nice and has everything you need for a great stay. It's in a quiet pretty spot. We loved the yard and hot tub. It was also perfect for our dog. The hosts are great and very accommodating. It was perfect!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The house and property were so well maintained, exactly as described, well stocked, and welcoming. We felt super cozy here. The owners were also awesome. Super responsive and flexible. We have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals, and this has been our favorite by far!

This place is fabulous! Very dog friendly indeed! All the amenities are perfect & it is just the right distance away from Flagstaff & has that great mountain feel. Bob & Rachel are wonderful hosts & their communication response was very fast. If we come back to Flagstaff this will be the place for us to stay! Highly recommend!

House was well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels, bedding, and cookware to host our family Thanksgiving. Great location, cozy and comfortable home, and the yard/hot tub were enjoyed by the kids, dog, and adults :)

Absolutely loved this property and didn’t want to leave. It was perfect for us two and our two dogs. Huge and private backyard in a great neighborhood. The master bedroom and bathroom is humongous! It is supplied with everything you need and communication with Host was fast and easy. Just know that the house “settles.” Maybe because outdoor temps got to freezing after a 65 day but there was creaking in the middle of the night that scared us at first, but it IS Halloween season;) Ha, it wasn’t too drastic. We realized what it was and got used to it. Would definitely stay here again and again. Thanks Bob and Rachel.

We really loved our stay! Everything about the house was wonderful...from the hot tub, to the fenced back and front yards...just awesome! Purrfect for our dogs! Comfy bed, great A/C, nice cozy kitchen, soaking tub...just top notch. Thank you Bob and Rachel for allowing us to share your home.

We enjoyed our time away at this Vrbo. It was very dog friendly with a fenced backyard and a separate area indoors that was gated off just for the dogs. We had a couple very minor issues come up but the host was very communicative and resolved them quickly for us. The home had all the things you would need for a stay and had so many thoughtful details to make you and your dogs comfortable. You can tell they care about their human guests and fur guests experience. The welcome handbook was very helpful and gave all info you could need in case of an emergency/how to guides for using the hot tub/pellet stove/fire table etc. in the home. We appreciated the labels on the lights through out to know what turned what feature on in the home. The skylights in the master bedroom bring in a LOT of light in the early morning so the eye masks provided were very helpful to block out that early morning sunlight. The hot tub was the MOST well maintained and clean spa I have experienced at any place we've stayed so far. That was incredible to enjoy after a day of hiking. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would book again if we were visiting that specific area again!

We’ve stayed in several “dog friendly” rentals with our 70 pound dog and I’d describe some of them as “dog tolerant” at best, but this place was truly dog friendly! There are a nice sized fully enclosed back and front yards to play in, a doggie door and blankets to put in the furniture. Aside from being dog friendly, the house is comfortable, clean, well stocked for cooking and in a quiet neighborhood less than 20 mins from downtown Flagstaff. The location is ideal for day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff, as well as some interesting small towns in the area. We loved star gazing from the hot tub (very clean!) and grilling in the back yard. The furniture was also very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property!

Our second visit. We brought our dog and the kids. Nice secured yards both front and back. Great location, cell reception was a little tough but otherwise a great stay! Very clean and all the amenities.

We LOVED our stay here - the owners thought of everything little thing - labels on light switches, bowls for the dogs, an old-school Nintendo, lots of bathroom amenities, thorough guestbook with instructions for the hot tub and the fire pit, and heads-up about the sprinkler schedule. The master bedroom was huge and the couches and bed were nice and comfortable. The back and front yards are fenced and the dogs loved them. There was a nice forest trail nearby but the downtown restaurants were 15 minutes away and trails around the Snowbowl were about 35 minutes away, but other than that, it was perfect.
