FL Luxury Beach House - steps to the beach

Great location

Clean large rooms...everything you could possibly need..master suite is great.....short short walk to beach...the boys had a great time in the heated pool ....very easy access and several open spaces to gather....the host was great to work with...only thing to be aware of is a lot of stairs that might be difficult for older adults with knee isues

Property was clean. Pool was just enough space to let the kids swim without concerns of sand. Walk to beach felt shorter than we expected based on pictures. There’s a beach wagon, small cooler, shade, everything you need to have fun and not worry about over packing your suitcase for the flight. The trolley is right outside the property and was a huge cheap hit for the little kiddos. Overall the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever stayed at. Really appreciates the two pack n plays as well as pack n play pad for the toddler. Had a fabulous experience

The house was beautiful and clean! Plenty of room for our big family. House was stocked with plenty of kitchen appliances, dishware etc as well as hand soaps, bath and beach towels. Beach chairs and gear available to use at the gorgeous beach only steps away. Pool was nice to cool off in as well. And you cannot beat the sunsets here! Our hosts, Wendy and Manel, were very helpful and kind and responded quickly to any questions we had.Fantastic all around!

The house was just as described, beautiful location and literally steps from the beach. House had everything needed and we couldn’t have been more happier

Loved this rental!! It was perfect with bedrooms on three floors for our family to spread out. It was completely furnished. There was not one item we needed and could not find. Absolutely loved the location! Not a commercialized area but could walk to a few places or drive a mile or two. Clearwater was a 10 minute drive and John's pass a 20 min drive. The beach was steps away. It was nice that it was gated and a secure area. We will definitely plan another trip in this home!

Perfect House and location if your destination is Indian Rocks Beach. Had a Great Time!

The house was amazing. Fit our family perfectly! The kitchen space was ENORMOUS, we spent a lot of quality time on the porch. The rooms were perfect for each individual family The primary bedroom was huge with an amazing bathroom and its own patio! It was fully stocked with everything you would need! Wendy was great, there was an issue with a broken bed and she arranged for the maintenance man (who was also great) to fix it while we were there. It’s our fifth time to Indian Rock Beach and this was by far the best vacation!

If you are looking for a spacious beach vacation spot with your family, look no further. This beautiful home is steps to a pristine beach in a gated community. The home has lots of space to gather while also offering plenty of private space to grab a book and get alone time. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The house is nice. Discussed with owners about new living and dining room rugs which they are going to replace. The kitchen is very well stocked and the dining table is large for a family. The bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Loves the short walk to the beach, no shoes required.

We stayed at The Sunshine House with 6 adults and 6 children 5 and under! Not for the faint of heart but the house exceeded our expectations. Fully ( and I mean fully!) supplied with everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys galore and a cart to load everything up. Steps to the beach! Beautiful sunsets, Kitchen has everything! We loved the area. Wendy and Manel are lovely hosts and any questions we had were answered quickly. The pool was small, but it was perfect for the littles. Highly recommend for families!

There were nine of us staying at the house, 3 kids under age five, four adults and two grandparents. We had all the room we needed. The proximity to the beach and the plunge pool were great for the kids and the adults. We ate most of our meals at the house and found the kitchen to be stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We found things to do just a short drive from the house. End of December weather was lovely. Warm enough to be on the beach everyday and the water was warm enough for the brave.The owners are great. Communications about the logistics were easy and efficient.Everyone was sad to leave and said we should go back.

My son was engaged on the beach and his forever dream! This place was spacious and had many items for beach use. Perfect for family with littles! Thank you and so glad your place was untouched by storms!

Beautiful home with pool on the beach in an ideal location. Quiet yet close to restaurants and shopping. More than enough room for five adults, one toddler, and one infant. Beach towels and beach chairs provided. Plenty of beach toys for little ones.

This property is like a little slice of heaven. The closeness to the beach, size of the home, amenities and location is simply perfect for everyone. We will be making this a yearly trip!

House has so much room and kitchen well equipped! Fantastic location….steps to the beach! Perfect if you have little ones or older adults with you! We had one slight issue in the house and there was an “ immediate” response from the owners and the property management and they remedied the issue quickly!!! So nice to know they are so responsive!

We had such a wonderful time! Home was very spacious, clean & the amenities were awesome! Loved the location...so quiet but close enough to restuarants, shops, etc. Parking was a little tricky ... but use of both garages was a plus! Pool was small but kids enjoyed it after coming up from beach plus liked it being shaded. Owners & rental staff always answered promptly with any questions we had. Would definitely return!?

This property was as close to perfect in about every category possible. From being steps away from the beach to the thoughtful items for kids and overall beautiful home i would recommend this property to everyone.
