The Pittsburgh Loft House is a clean, comfortable, and convenient three bedroom/two bath, bungalow with an open floorplan and bedroom on the first floor combined with a spacious sleeping Loft with two bedrooms, TV room, full bath, and free personal laundry in the upstairs Loft area!

COMFORTABLE AMMENITIES:
Every room in the Loft House is warm and cozy with all season heat/AC a log burning fireplace, an eclectic mix of contemporary and mid-century decor combined with abrilliant selection of 19th, 20th, and 21st century art and object d' art.
The first floor also features a coffee bar, massive smart TV, all soft leather seating, game table, metal and glass dining table, a cozy 1st floor bedroom with TV, and a fully equipped butcher block kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, .

RESERVED PARKING:
This private, gated property is conveniently accessed via our lighted and secured ten car parking lot with 2-3 spaces reserved exclusively for Loft House guests.

THE COMPOUND
The remaining parking spaces within the Compound are reserved for guests of a 2nd rental house... The Pittsburgh House (our 5 bedroom VRBO rental property) and The Eclectic Art Galley both properties owned and operated by your Hosts...

The Loft House is furnished to accommodate (2-6) six guests comfortably... There is a restriction for toddlers and children under the age of 12 years. Teens and small babies are welcome. NOTE: we love toddlers but, this house is full of potentially harmful attractions to smaller children. (Very Sorry)

WE KEEP A CLEAN HOUSE!
Our Cleaning and maintenance team is hard at work within an hour, after you check-out, disinfecting all commonly used railings, door knobs, light switches, etc. then sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, and disinfecting every surface in every room including... floors, walls, and ceilings... additionally, all appliances are cleaned and every bed is stripped and bedding laundered to our personal standards...

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY OZONE/UV TREATMENTS...
In addition to thorough house cleaning before and after every stay, The Pittsburgh Loft House also employs the use of environmentally friendly ozone ionization treatments that remove any traces of previous guests including lingering odors such as perfumes, soaps, burnt foods, leftover pizza, pets, etc.

AND... Our UV AIR FILTRATION TREATMENTS target and destroy any mold, mildew, airborne contaminates and disease causing bacteria and viruses and leave the House fresh, clean, and safe for each new traveler....

BEDROOM ACCOMMODATIONS... The Bedrooms are really the heart of your stay at the Pittsburgh Loft House...Here you will find your sleeping accommodations to be equipped with the new premium quality, firm mattresses with double fitted sheets, and hypo allergenic pillows that meet the comfort test with barrier protection, quality quilted blankets and spreads. Amenities also include a minimum of at least one chair, a writing desk, and reading lamp in each of the 3 bedrooms

At The Pittsburgh Loft House, you can prepare your own favorite foods the way you like them in the Galley Kitchen, or you can grill out in the open air on your own private dining terrace complete with umbrella dining table, lounging furniture, and new stainless gas grill, or you may decide to order Take out from our list of favorite pizza, Chinese, and other recommended take-out options. We also have recommendations for our favorite Pittsburgh Restaurants that are a short walk, drive, or UBER ride from the Pittsburgh Loft.

The Pittsburgh Loft House is an interesting, eclectic place. It was great having two full bathrooms. Bob and Sheila are wonderful hosts and quick to communicate. My husband, daughter, and I came down with bad colds. Robert offered to go out and buy us medicine or bring soup or hot tea. We thought that was so sweet. Also, when we arrived, it was great to find snacks, breakfast food, coffee, and tea. They even made sure there was decaf coffee for me.

OVERALL GREAT STAY 7/2019... We rented this place for my cousin’s wedding. The rest of our family stayed at The Pittsburgh House that is in the same compound so this place was convenient for all of us to be close together.

LOVELY HOME, GREAT LOCATION 5/2019.... The Loft House is lovely, very comfortable and in a great location. Bob & Sheila were gracious hosts, going out of their way to see that we had everything we needed.

PITTSBURGH CONVENIENCE 5/2019 ... The location was excellent. We we're able to commute to downtown attractions and a wedding on the Southside relatively easy. The off street parking was huge considering that traffic and street parking in Pittsburgh is crazy to say the least.

CLEAN COMFY BEDS 4/2019... Clean and comfy. Nice touch to have coffee, bottled water and snacks!

OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME! 1/2020 ... Bob and Sheila were wonderful hosts. We are a very private family and they seemed to understand. We knew they were there when we needed them but otherwise the Pittsburgh Loft House was our own!
