Comfortable and clean townhome is equipped with everything you need for a great week or weekend away in Brigantine, New Jersey. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath beach block home comes with central air/heating and enough sleeping arrangements to accommodate 8 guests. It is a great pick for families, couples, or friends looking to have a fun, relaxing, seaside getaway.

This home is in the desirable south end of Brigantine NJ. It is just a few minute walk to the beach, and available by car to restaurants, grocery store, Atlantic City, Ocean City, and other recreation areas, and amenities like a 18 hole golf course on the island plus tennis and pickle ball courts

Want to leave the island for a night out in Atlantic City It is just a 5-minute drive to enjoy the Casinos, restaurants, boardwalk, and shopping outlets. or leave your car and take an inexpensive taxi ride to enjoy everything Atlantic City has to offer. Or for a night on the boards Ocean City is less than a 30 minute drive.

The first floor has two bedrooms, (one King size bed equipped with a flat screen smart TV, the other has two full size beds and a flat screen smart TV), as well as a full-size bath newly renovated and a fully functional laundry room.  These spacious bedrooms step out onto a 14 foot Trex deck into a beautiful fenced-in backyard for outside entertaining.

The 2nd floor has 2 decks, an open floor plan living room with two roomy sitting areas, a fireplace, large flat screen smart TV, newly renovated powder room, hardwood floors, and a remodeled eat in kitchen with all the basic conveniences (large refrigerator /freezer, electric stove w/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, and flatware). There is also a queen size sofa bed for extra sleeping quarters in the front living area.

The 2nd floor rear deck has been rebuilt to match the lower deck with Trex planks, a new railing system with steps to the ground floor to further enjoy outside dining along with a large propane grill for all your culinary quests.

Want some privacy --- a beautiful fenced in backyard with plenty of chairs and space to relax after a day at the beach.
A recently built downstairs deck adds to the relaxing comfort and entertainment possibilities on the ground level.

The 3rd floor has a master suite with a California king size bed, flat screen smart TV, and newly renovated full bath. This room also has a ceiling fan with a cutout to the second floor.

All bedrooms, as well as the living area, have streaming channels with popular networks television, internet connection, and WIFI provided.

The attached garage has 6 Bikes (4 adult and 2 children), beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart to transport the beach gear to a guarded pristine beach with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. 6 beach tags will be provided for your use. Additional beach tags can be purchased on the island. Before you leave, please make sure all beach tags are left for the next guests.

We also provide 1 set of sheets for each bed and towels for your stay. We do ask that you launder these items prior to your departure. (or you can bring along your own linens instead). Please bring your own beach towels. There is off street parking and one driveway space with additional parking adjacent to the townhouse.

No smoking, no pets, all renters must be minimum 25 years old.

Winter as well as summer rentals are welcome.

Rentals are generally 7 days, however if you are interested in renting for the weekend on the Off Season (Oct - April). Please contact us to make those arrangements.

    We had such a great week staying at Rich”s property! Rich was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The back patio was our favorite and was the perfect hang out spot after a long day at the beach! It was just a short walk from the house down to the beach and Rich had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to get everything down to the beach. Can’t wait to go back again!

    We had an awesome beach week. The condo was spacious, well equipped, and clean. We had 9 people. Each family had their own bedroom. The outside space was fabulous.     Perfect location for a family of 4 - husband wife & a 24 yr old and a 21 year old - beach block - 5 minutes to the casinos and good AC Restaurants - 3 bedrooms spaced out - 2 1/2 baths - very clean throughout - 2 full sized refrigerators - spacious back yard patio and 2 small decks - quiet neighborhood hardly heard anything - very spacious beach - beach was super clean - not crowded at all - water was clear and refreshing - beach supplies towels and linens all included - it is a bit of a walk from house to actually beach/water with little children - just plan accordingly - no boardwalk or shopping on beach we brought all food and drinks daily- convenient hose out front to wash down after day on beach - great little town - must check out Aversa's Bakery & Ernst& Son deli- great bakery food and italian breads - Ernst sandwiches can easily feed 4 - skip right past wawa and eat an original local business - we plan on returning and owner super nice and very easy to work with

    This was the perfect home to stay at! Lots of space for the kids and adults. The backyard is beautiful and spacious with lots of deck furniture. The proximity to the beach with a short 1 mile drive to stores and shops was perfect! We came for an event in Atlantic City- and when it was time to head back to Brigantine in the evening, the quick drive was easy to do and the peace and tranquility of escaping those city lights was perfect! We got to enjoy fireworks a couple nights while sitting on the beach- which was such a nice little bonus! The house was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need- beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach badges, linens for the house- the list goes on and on! This was truly the perfect home!

    The house was awesome. We have stayed at a few in brigantine and this was our favorite. Three different spots to sit outside. Great pack yard patio at night. Beds were very comfortable. Garage was loaded with beach supplies and kitchen had everything we needed. Rich, the owner, was great to communicate with and responded quickly. We will absolutely be staying here in the future.

    Plenty of room inside. Loved that there was a half bath on main living floor. Plenty of seating in the backyard, which we enjoyed most evenings. Location was great, quiet and close to Atlantic City. Owners were great, answered questions we had promptly.

    We’ve been renting on Brigantine for 5 years, and this was our favorite house. It’s exactly as described in the listing, large and clean, comfortably furnished, and well equipped with everything you don’t want to pack for vacation (beach chairs, bath towels, all the kitchen appliances you need including pots and pans, blender, Keurig, etc). The decor is modern and attractive, the back yard is a very functional part of the living space with pavers and deck chairs, hanging lights, a fence which comes in handy with young children, and there are also 2 decks on the second floor - perfect for drinking coffee while you watch the sunrise or sunset! Rich even called a couple days before we arrived to make sure I was clear on the check in process and to see if I had any questions. It’s one block from the dunes, and this particular beach has lifeguards but no crowds at all - even on the weekend, we only ever had a couple of other families nearby. There are bikes in the garage so you can ride to get ice cream or just around the island, and the neighbors are nice! It was the perfect spot!
