Five Star Property Okc! !NEWLY UPDATED! Centrally Located!

Perfect little house for our needs. Husband wanted to be at the lake a lot and it is literally minutes away quiet neighborhood and the host was very accessible and friendly. We plan to stay there again.

Convenient location. Loved backyard.

Richard is very friendly and helpful with everything. I've been staying here twice a year. Safe and warm home. I would definitely recommend it for any one with or without pets. There is a fenced in yard for your furry friends.

We have rented this property multiple times. It is always a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Traveling with our dog, this was a perfect place to stay with a fenced in backyard. We wanted access to the State Fair and it was a short trip to the freeway and down to the fair. Additionally we had easy access to go to the lake where they have a great park with a path that runs along the water. Great neighborhood close to many places to eat or buy food. The house has everything you need to stay multiple days and is very comfortable. Communication with the host was great. We would recommend.

When I found this property, was a little hesitant just because I wasn’t familiar with the area. It was super easy to find and centrally located. The house is amazing! Extremely clean, well maintained, great fenced yard with a covered patio, and very comfortable beds. Very quiet neighborhood and it was perfect for us. Not a huge house, but enough room. Thank you again for sharing your home. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Nicely updated older home in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. Nice backyard for our pups.

The house was so clean and perfect for our stay with our two little pups. The location was in the area for the places on our list of must see events. The host was very accommodating and friendly. We would stay here again.

First rattle out the box I really enjoyed the place. Location was great lots to do around the neighborhood, grocery store was a stones throw from the front porch. Inside the house, the rooms were plenty spacious, beds were comfy, and living area was perfect for lounging. The kitchen was fully stocked and though it was only a single bathroom, the hot water didn’t have a problem keeping up with the multiple showers. Like my little nephew would say, ten out of ten.

Great location with easy access to 35 Or Hefner Parkway. Lots a places to eat, grab coffee, and shop - all within walking distance. Very quiet area. The home was very comfy, mid-century home. Perfect for our two night stay. I would stay again, so much better than a cramp hotel.

My stay was from September 25th, 2024 to October 25th, 2024. I originally booked this through VRBO through October 30th. I was to stay at this property temporarily for work as an Instructor on the Southside of town. I found myself needing to extend and reserve the property until November 6th. It was a nightmare trying to change the reservation. It took hours of phone conversations with VRBO and the owner. I was finally able to get it changed a month or so before the rental period started. And after all that, I had to check out early (10/26/24) due to family issues. The owner said nothing could be done about a refund on the days not used. VRBO’s are definitely not as flexible as hotels. Once at the property the response time from the host was very good. Even though the response time was good, below are some items I feel I should mention. —the property is located within approx. .85 of a mile to freight train railroad tracks. These trains run all hours of the day and night. —the tv in the living area has limited channels and is not a smart tv so will be unable to screen mirror from your own device. You may have to watch something like a big sporting event from your own device. —the washer and dryer had issues. Limited to 1500 characters so I can’t elaborate. —it was very hard to get a receipt for what I paid for to use for my per diem. Again, the owner was responsive. However, in the end the experience could have better and much more flexible.

The property was perfect for what we needed. All of the amenities are there for your cooking needs. I would say if a senior couples stay there the television is a little difficult because you can only stream we are in our 70s so we weren’t real familiar with that overall it was a great day though.

The location was perfect, the home was very clean and well stocked. I loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms! The patio was very welcoming. Richard was very responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!
