Great place to stay, highly recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville only a 10 minute uber to broadway the pool and hot tub is amazing as well as the guest house. Great experience would swim in there pool again!

The most amazing house for a group stay in Nashville, the interiors felt better than a 5 star hotel and they really thought of all the little details, we truly had the best time.

Everything was so perfect!

Amazing house, everything was better than advertised. All the amenities worked perfectly - the house has been curated for an unforgettable weekend with a large group. All the living arrangements were comfortable, the bar area and outdoor spaces were perfect for hanging out. The grill, pool heating, fire pit all worked great, and the house was stocked with supplies like firewood, dishes, 2 well working large speakers, pool inflatables, pool towers, folding tables, and more. Would highly recommend and stay again if I'm back in nashville. The location was also great - directly next to a coffee shop and breakfast places, with several bars and restaurant a short walk away. Area felt very safe, and a 10 minute drive to Broadway area.

What an awesome place to stay!! We had seven couples and this place worked out so great for us. Loved the pool area out back, and the outdoor fireplace. Everything was clean, comfy beds, lots of towels and spacious bar area inside to hang out, two nice kitchen areas and the location was perfect. Very close to many restaurants and bars !! It was a nice change from being downtown off the hustle and bustle of Broadway. Much more quiet. Would highly recommend this place in the Five Points area.

Joes place was great for our small group. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The home is clean and Joe was fast to respond about any issues we had.

I think you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in all of Nashville. Once I saw the listing for the offered price, it was a no-brainer and it lived up to expectation.Cleanliness, host responsiveness, location, layout… it was all exceptional. Without a question I would highly recommend this place to stay.

So much fun!! The house was absolutely adorable with the cutest decor. We had a big group of girls and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The pool and bar were perfect for us we even threw a little party with a private chef, bartender, and DJ.The property was huge, so we could spread out between the main house, the guest house, the courtyard, and the garden area. The pool vibes were everything. The beds were so comfy and cozy too. We seriously had the best time here thank you so much, Joe! It was such a special weekend.The location was also amazing we could walk to local bars and restaurants, and it was only a quick drive to Broadway. 10/10 recommend!

You have to stay here if you get a chance. The property is incredible. The bar on the 1st floor was perfect for our group. It opens up to the courtyard so it was perfect for indoor and outdoor activities. The pool was jut the cherry on top. We could swim during the day and walk across the street for some fantastic food and drinks and then back for the sunset and hot tub. Do yourself a favor and book this trip to Nashville. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The chef prepared a multi-course meal in the gorgeous kitchen while the bartender served cocktails in the bar and courtyard. It was like having our own private event space.Our host, Joe, went above and beyond from the start — helping us with groceries, arranging local experiences, and even having toys and snacks ready for our kids. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay.The Five Points neighborhood is amazing — super walkable, full of restaurants, coffee shops, live music, and local charm. Despite being right in the action, the house felt peaceful and private.We’ve stayed in high-end rentals around the world, and this place stands out as something truly special. We’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years, but nothing compares to the experience we had at the Five Points House. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the design, attention to detail, and comfort of the entire space. It honestly felt like our own boutique hotel in the heart of East Nashville.The location was ideal — super walkable, with great coffee shops, restaurants, and music venues just minutes away. But what really made this stay special were the little things: spotless clean, high-end linens, great sound system, and fast communication with the host.We all agreed: this is hands-down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at.
