Bright and cheery with a nice view of Mt Herman from living room and one bedroom. The other bedroom looks out towards a former golf course (open area). The kitchenette includes a sink, 2 mini-fridges, microwave, large electric skillet, crock pot, and coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks coffee. There is off street parking and access to deck and grill on back of house.
The property is conveniently located on the north end of Colorado Springs - only five minutes from the north gate of the US Air Force Academy and easy driving distance to Garden of the Gods, the US Olympic Training Center, Pikes Peak, Old Colorado City, and the Castle Rock Outlet Mall. Owner lives on the main floor.
