Five Bedrooms Plus a Fully Equipped Game Room! (2085)

Christmas in the Cape! My family and I had a wonderful holiday at this property. The kids loved the game room and the beds were comfortable. Bring own sheets, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, sponges, trash bags, and coffee.

Everything was as advertised. Kitchen is well-stocked. House has tons of space. Very easy access to trails in Nickerson State Park was a big plus.

We stayed here for several days for a family reunion and enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed, was spacious, and well appointed. Although the property was not directly on a beach, it was easy to travel to restaurants, the National Seashore beaches and to the bay side. It was easy to arrange for linens to be delivered and picked up. The property manager was easy to reach and patiently answered all of my questions.

Perfect location, very spacious for large family gathering, well stocked kitchen, beautiful screened in porch, comfortable beds, lovely home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed playing ping pong and air hockey in the game room, grilling, and meals in the covered patio. There is a pond a short walk down the road and a network of amazing hiking trails very close by. The home was well kept and clean and the property management service was professional and helpful.

The property is spacious and well situated on the cape. We had lots of rooms to enjoy and a great yard. We really appreciated the fact that we could store our bikes in the garage. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Our only negative issues were noise between the master bedroom and the rooms above and no blankets.

After 2 local pay as you go beaches, found free state park beach. House was very accommodating for all ages! Garbage pick up was handled by Realtor, but not picked up on provided dates. Youngs Seafood Market and Orleans Inn, great. Gift shop in Orleans, the best.
