Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location, very clean, and spacious. The master bedrooms (both upstairs and on the main level) had two bathrooms, which was very nice with a large family. The upstairs master bedroom a/c broke twice, leaving us to sleep two nights in a row with a/c, so it was quite uncomfortable. However, Garden City Realty did respond quickly with a portable unit to help us until it was fixed. Even with the small portable unit, it was still 80 degrees because the master bedroom is so large. I loved the easy access to the beach and the large deck. I would stay here again, the only thing missing is a pool.

Had to block both double doors with chairs for the entire week. Those doors need to be fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First overall it was a good stay. We used the house and beach for my daughters wedding and the house worked great for that. The info on the house was a little deceptive though as it says 3 king rooms but there are only 2. Lots of little things could use some attention such as the hand rails leading to the back deck are very loose and dangerous, upper deck area from queen room was unusable do to water flooding it. Microwave broke down and stopped working. Elevator had stopped working before we came but we did know about that. Maybe some toppers on the beds would help comfort. TVs were not setup and ready to go and 1 room didn’t have cable at all and maybe some instructions on trash day and check out procedures as well as house features would help. Again overall we understood the issues and were happy with our stay and the house was perfect for our purposes. Location is great and very convenient to other venues. The house was in a clean condition. I would recommend and bring the family to stay again. Thanks
