Five Bed, Four Bath, Renovated, Oceanfront Home w/ Private Pool

Didn’t get the text to check in until 7:29 pm - however the counter people were gracious and called housekeeping to see if the property was ready - and it was except for inspection. The property was clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful. Sectional seating at the tv was comfortable and accommodating.

We appreciated the new table and chairs and sectional sofa for at least our 10. We will return next summer and really appreciate an ice machine and one more king size bed. We will always leave your home as clean as when we arrived or more so. Thank you and looking forward to next summer.

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and clean and accommodated my large family extremely well my fiancé and I really enjoyed our bedroom balcony the view was breathtaking and our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool it actually felt like our home away from home.

It is beautifully decorated. My only suggestions would be more seating. Although the home sleeps 12 comfortably, there is only seating for 5 in the living area, and only seating for 7 in the dining area. As a family with some young children, we ate our meals in, and really enjoy eating together around the table when together on vacation. We had a great week and thank you for sharing your home with us. As always, Garden City Realty was great to work with.

Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant family vacation and although the home was newly renovated, it was still very cheaply furnished and not comfortable at all. The house has five bedrooms ( sleeps 12) but can only seat five people in the living area and only seven people to eat. The kitchen was very cheaply equipped and did not even have a pitcher or salad/mixing bowl to accommodate our family. We have stayed in beach rental homes at Garden city for 40 years and this was the most disappointing home for the amount of money we paid. The house came available to rent late in the season ,and we booked it the day after it came available. I feel that the price was extremely overrated, strictly due to supply and demand at the time.
