Fishing/ Boating Canal Front Home

Property was very clean & well stocked. Host was quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The place is amazing and being right on the water is great. Can fit to boats without a problem.

This is our second stay, as good as the first one, we will be back.

Was a very convenient and comfortable stay

At the door parking very convenient. Plenty of nearby options for dining. laundry facilities on sit also very convenient. Kitchen up to date appliances. house very roomy. Very enjoyable vacay.

Nice place to stay! Having a dock is a great plus, and having the boat with quick access to Lemon Bay makes it even better. Shops and restaurants are very close about a five minute drive. The house has everything you need. Highly recommended.---If you want it to sound more formal, more enthusiastic, or more concise, I can adjust it.

beautiful location and great amount of space. Perfect the first tiime we stayed. The second time we had a serious problem with a breaker and the AC was broken, which effected the last 3 days of our vacation.

Convenient location. Good fishing in Lemon Bay. Ladder on dock very helpful with our small boat. Host was responsive when a few issues arose. Quiet neighborhood.

Awesome place to relax after fishing

Property was as described. Bigger than I expected. Access to water was great. I would 100% stay here again.

The home was beautiful and well equipped. We were easily able to kayak from the dock out into Lemon Bay which was our primary concern. Dennis was the perfect host. He was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Owner was very tentative. The only negative was the master bedroom tv did not work with our Netflix or amazon. The tv was outdated and not a smart tv.

The home was older but very clean. No cable in mB as advertised. Could not do Netflix either. Water facets not in front of home to wash boat down from saltwater so had to buy 100’ hose. Our stay was fun. We would stay again. One more thing the light switches need to be marked to what turns on what room. Dennis very easy to work with online. Thank you for a nice vacation.

This home was perfect for our stay. It’s nice and clean, spacious and has a nice backyard. It’s a bit away from a beach, but not too far. Everything was comfortable and communicating with the owner was quick and easy. They answered all of our questions and did not have unreasonable checkout expectations. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive. The house was just as pictured, very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock and sitting on the patio. We even had a manatee pay us a visit. Definitely felt like home. We hope to stay here again.

Great house and location. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Owners are helpful and attentive and the house is well equipped. Easy access to Lemon Bay. Definately a great find!
