Stayed May 7, 2026We had a perfect time on cotter, and the location of our stay made it all that much better. The kids had their own space downstairs with games and a full bath and bed and we had our space upstairs for a pleasant home like experience all around. House was clean and fresh, furniture was all nice, kitchen was great, yard was great and fenced in for our dog. We walked to the springs a few times and the kids went swimming and of course we were in town to fish and we caught a lot of trout on the white. Worth a visit for sure. We will be back soon and we will stay here again.
