Stayed Apr 11, 2025All pros, no cons. Great location, light, bright, three nice sized bedrooms, nice bathroom with good shower. Washing machine. Plenty of living room and dining room seating in open plan. A number of nice period features retained, wood floors, doors, stair rails, nice fireplace surrounds.Very comfortable beds, pillows, duvets. Towels provided, also, tea, coffee, milk, laundry detergent, books, games, cards, Plenty of hangers. Great coffee machine! Even have crabbing equipment. Oh, and good heater with programmable thermostat.Also, Aven is very nice and quick to reply, offer help, recommendations, and fix anything.

Stayed Jun 25, 2021We had a wonderful time in this TARDIS. It was walking distance from the quay where we all went crabbing and for a walk along the front to an amazing play park for the kids. Parking was included and when we had an issue, the owner got back to us straight away. The house was clean and had everything we could need. The milk and wine in the fridge and fresh flowers were welcome bonuses. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back when we are heading to Poole, to be sure.

Stayed Jun 18, 2021A great place to stay without any complications or hassle, owner was an absolute gent in all aspects of the long weekend rent communication was fantastic. Will definitely re-look to book again if in Poole again.
