Fisherman's Dream, Beautiful lake house with stunning lake views and boat house

Awesome place to stay for a fishing get away with three families.

This is a modern and very spacious house. All the electric artifact function. The host interaction was prompt and empathetic. Our check out time was 11:00 am of 30 Nov. 2025. We had to check out on or about 10:30 am of 28 Nov. 2025. At about 6:00am of 28 Nov, there were shots fired near the house and there was a hole in one of the windows next to dining room. There were about 5 children throwing rocks all over the place and disturbing the peace on the night of the 26 and 27 Nov. Such disruptions forced us to depart on 28 Nov. We deserve a refund for two days.

Really nice place, but weirdly cheaped out on toilet paper and paper towels. If you’re considering this place for the boat house to keep your boat at then don’t bother. The boat house is a good walk and you’re better off trailering your boat, at least that’s what I thought and did. There’s plenty of parking for boats in the driveway, and the neighborhood is great. Overall it’s really nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, if the price comes down.

This beautiful property fit our needs perfectly! Great place for a wedding weekend! Tis the season for spider webs, which could have used some attention on the outside deck and the screened in porch, but didn’t really negatively impact our stay. Would definitely choose this property again!

Beautiful new home, fits a large family easily. Home wasn’t stocked with essentials. Home doesn’t have water view and not accessible to fishing as described. Very Beautiful neighborhood in an amazing subdivision.

Beautiful large home with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms, with a lovely kitchen to cook in. Located on a quiet street across the street from the lake.

We were so happy with the house. It was very clean and had everything you need. The host was responsive and friendly. I hope we return to Scottsboro and get the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home again.

This was a great home base for our girls’ weekend. The house is as gorgeous as the photos suggest, with a large kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfy beds. We hit Unclaimed Baggage, lunch and shopping in the cute downtown, and then explored Cathedral Caverns. Looks like lots of good hiking in the area but the weather did not cooperate. Victoria was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our questions.

Beautiful home and so roomy! We stayed to be closer to my daughter’s wedding venue and it was so perfect! Clean and the comfiest beds!! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect spot for our stay! Close to boat ramps and necessities, good boat parking, beautiful neighborhood.

One of the nicest homes we’ve rented thus far . Exceptionally clean, interior was beautiful. A couple of minor things to improve upon kitchen could have been better stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies . Be aware home is not directly lake front , but does have a limited view from front porch. Plenty of parking for both vehicles and boats , neighborhood was absolutely quiet and lovely . Communication with host was great. We will definitely stay again in the future.

House is super nice and roomy and has everything you need. Super close to Goose Pond so if you are fishing it is very convenient. Also plenty of parking if you have a boat with you. Will definitely be returning.

Home was exactly as shown. No smoke or pets. Clean and neat. The neighborhood was a nice place to walk and sit outside. Beds were very comfortable.

I was disappointed that the porches were not clean and that there was no coffee available, but besides that, everything was great.

We had a great time and the house was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and comfortable lake house. The neighborhood was new and so well developed. While not directly on the lake we had pretty views of it. The host was very quick to respond when there was a problem with the toilet and it was quickly fixed while we were out and about.

The home is spacious, decorated beautifully, and well appointed. We cooked several meals and had what we needed in the kitchen. Porch and screen porch were nice for sitting and visiting. Very nice neighborhood.

Beautiful home, nice location. Comfortable furniture. Surprised by a loud pressure washing crew cleaning exterior of house when we returned for dinner. (Host Victoria wasn’t aware they’d been scheduled.) Recommend adding some house numbers to the house to aid in locating. Victoria was very responsive to any questions we had.

Stunning house with a great location to everything Scottsboro has to offer. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Sofas and chairs all are very comfortable. King size bed was comfortable and linens were very nice. Host was very responsive.
