Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never had a problem before but we had a few this time. It was obvious that the home had not been cleaned. The dishwasher was still full of dishes, there was empty snack wrappers in the living room floor. The reservation stated that we would have a starter pack, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There was not any of these things. I normally bring my own but since this was stated I did not.

Great downstairs for hanging out and we used the fire pit to make s’mores. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is by far the best equipped house we have ever stayed in, they thought of everything. Very clean and we enjoyed the large dining table, the whole family was able to eat together. Will definitely stay here again.

The outside has a fire pit and hangout area so its great for a group!

The beds were very comfortable & the layout was very open & roomy! The downstairs had a nice area to hang out, including a fire pit. Nice proximity to the beach! Although, It could really use a deep cleaning. We found used & dirty pots, pans, & knives put away with the clean dishes. The dishwasher itself has a mildewed smell, & made the dishes actually smell bad after being ran through there. We were also not impressed with the linens that we were charged $100 for. For a cabin that sleeps twelve we were given one dish towel. The hand towels for the bathroom were so thin & rough, I thought they were kitchen rags at first. The bedroom with the bunk beds must be experiencing some type of electrical problem, as the light/fan would cut on by itself in the middle of the night & would not shut off.

The house was wonderful. Spacious, clean, great location to the beach. The only odd thing was linens weren’t provided. We missed this communication on the original posting and didn’t see it until we were on our way. So we went to Walmart and bought sheets/towels for our stay - except the Walmart was over an hour away. It was a fun ferry ride, but felt like we could have had better communication about such. Outside of that little hiccup, the house was perfect. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
