I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is located in a very peaceful part of Kitty Hawk. It is a unique floorplan, offering several different areas to spread out. The home is quiet, clean, nicely equipped and only a short drive to restaurants. Sunsets were just amazing!

We have been visiting the Outer Banks for over 25 years and this house was one of our absolute favorites. The view from the back deck was one of the best parts!

Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our family of 5, grandmother, aunt and two dogs. It had lots of gathering space both inside and out, with a secure fence for the dogs and walkable neighborhood. The boat launch was easily accessible (4 houses down), and we docked our boat behind the house with no issues. We were able to paddleboard/kayak easily from the house. The kitchen was well appointed, and all was clean. Basement space perfect for storing all our gear, and the pingpong table got lots of use! Only improves - Add cleats to the dock to tie the boat more easily, add curtains / blinds to the downstairs western facing windows - the sun was blinding when we sat to eat at 6 or so, and provide a dustpan so we could clean after ourselves more easily. Otherwise, perfect!!

Master bath shower doors are shaky. The shower could use a grab bar for geezers like myself.
